Charming Vineyard home duerme 12 en una ubicación perfecta en East Chop. 2019 RENOVACIÓN DE LA COCINA! ¡En minutos puede estar en la playa o en la ciudad! Nuestra casa fue construida en 1890 y ha sido completamente renovada. Cuenta con 6 dormitorios, cuatro baños y tiene una hermosa ducha privada al aire libre! Con electrodomésticos nuevos y una mesa de granja personalizada, es perfecto para una larga estadía familiar en la isla para disfrutar del tiempo con amigos y familiares. Hermoso porche con muchos asientos para todos! Vistas del océano y el puerto. Patio trasero con un montón de asientos para comer al aire libre con parrilla, así como patio lateral grande. Hay una espaciosa y acogedora sala de estar con sofás cómodos nuevos y una zona de estar para reuniones familiares. Hay un dormitorio en el primer piso con una cama queen y baño privado. Arriba hay dos dormitorios principales con camas tamaño king, una habitación con dos camas individuales y una habitación con literas y una cama doble, y una habitación en la torre que tiene una cómoda cama de día. Dos baños en el piso de arriba, ambos con bañera y el más grande de los dos también tiene una ducha de pie. Televisión, cable y wifi en toda la casa! Lavadora y secadora. ¡Nuestra casa es perfecta para dos familias o una grande! ¡También una gran escapada para que los amigos se reúnan! Fall Vineyard Get Away

We have been visiting the Vineyard each fall with a group of family and friends for 20+ years. This was our first time staying in the East Chop area and we enjoyed the location. It is a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of the harbor and downtown Oak Bluffs. The house accommodated our group, and with two full sized couches and additional seating in the living room we had a nice gathering spot where everyone could be comfortable. The renovated bathrooms were also a huge plus. The owners were pleasant and accommodating, and have done a good job maintaining the property. Overall a great experience, thank you!

Perfect for extended family stay

Our grown “kids” and families joined us for a vacation at 19 Plymouth. It is a wonderful home to gather while also providing comfortable private spaces when needed. Location is wonderful proving a very short walk to see the sunrise at the little beach and walking distance to downtown Oak Bluff. We spent MANY hours on the porch reconnecting and we all fit around the kitchen table for dinners! Lost one star because first floor living area has no a/c.

Best Birthday celebration ever!

I rented this lovely rambling summer cottage for a multi generation girls weekend and it was perfect. It’s a great location within walking distance of docks, town, beaches, grocery and campground . The porch has a view of ocean and a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. The kitchen was clearly updated with a big table which we enjoyed gathering around for dinner and brunch. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood . The owner was a pleasure to work with too.

Family Wedding and Vacation

We were gathering with our 3 adult children, spouses and 2 small grandchildren for our nephew's wedding. The space was great for a large group. The kitchen was amazing, yard provided space for two little boys to run around and we had an unexpected surprise of a view of the Oak Bluffs harbor from the porch. The location was great with easy walking access to the public peach and town.

Such a great house, location was awesome, plenty of bedrooms and fantastic setup. Exactly what myself and my group were looking for as a home base for our weekend of golf, good food and beautiful Martha’s Vineyard.

Great fall getaway

Our group of friends had a perfect weekend and this house was exactly what we needed! We spent almost all of our time on the large front porch or the gorgeous kitchen. I could not recommend this house enough.

Perfect MV spot

I am an OB/East Chop fan so I may be biased, but the house is perfectly situated for a great vacation with peace and quiet and lots of activities nearby. If you like to eat in, the new kitchen has all the bells and whistles that you need to easily prepare a great meal. The gas burners are wonderful to cook with. Beside the kitchen, the house has rustic cottage charm. The outdoor shower has a super shower head to add to the experience. There are ceiling fans in most rooms so on those hot days you have some comfort. Some of the rooms have the freestanding air conditioners. There is easily room for two families and to still have some privacy. As an older cottage style home, with creaking floorboards, etc.. sound does travel, but it is part of the charm. The outdoor porch is a great gathering spot and I was surprised to have a view of the ferries sailing past in the harbor. Having a bike makes for quick transport into downtown OB without the need for parking, but it is an easy walk otherwise.

Awesome location

We came here for a girls weekend and let me tell you it was awesome. The house itself is a great layout for a big group and the amenities we great! We loved walking into Oak Bluffs each night and not having to stress about taxis or cars. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for an amazing time on Island!

I LOVED THIS HOUSE!

We loved MV and we loved this house. It was perfect for two families to have a relaxing week together. Rent bikes from Martha's bikes and linens from Tammeky, get groceries from the Stop & Shop in Vineyard Haven and you're set! Perfect side yard for family games and perfect porch for reading a good book. We will be back!

Excellent get away in the offseason

The house is a short walk to Oak Bluffs but you don't feel like you're in the middle of town. Rooms were charming and plenty of space even for my party of 10. Our weather was great for 3/4 days but one day it was a bit cold (it's always a gamble late April/early May.) If you are heading here around the same time or late fall keep in mind these island houses are mostly summer homes and generally not insulated well for chilly days, so bring some warm clothes! Had a few questions during the trip and the owners always got back to me in very short order. Overall a great trip, thank you for letting us stay!

Never Disappoints

My entire family has been renting this house for the past few summers. It never lets us down. This year brought updated landscaping and an even better view of the marina/sound, where you can watch the ferries come and go while you sip your coffee or wine, depending on time of day (or not). The character could not be more Vineyard, inside and out. Oak Bluffs is an easy/beautiful/fun 5 min. walk from the house, as is east chop beach. Can't wait for the end of August, when we return once more!!

Best stay so far on MV

We've stayed several places on the island with our large family and this is by far the best. Plenty of room for everyone, an eat-in kitchen, giant porch and large bedrooms. Best part is the short walk to town - the kids can scooter down without any complaints that it's too far! The house feels private but when you see the neighbors, everyone is friendly! Lots of room for kids to play in the yard or bike up and down the mostly quiet road. Outdoor shower is a must (don't ever rent on the island without one!). Everything about the house is great - we'll be back!

Perfect MV home

We stayed in this wonderful house last summer. It's close to town, and a short walk to the Jetty Beach, which is small but perfect for the children. Lots of harbor traffic to watch, which brings some small waves to play in. The house is lovingly maintained by helpful, attentive owners. It is on a wonderfully quiet, yet convenient, street. We walked around a lot, and everyone was so friendly. Don't miss walking down E Chop Rd to watch the sunrise. Spectacular! Our family included 4 adults and 3 small children, but we were not crowded at all. There is so much space, not just in the house, but also in the surprisingly large yard. But it doesn't matter since you won't want to be anywhere but the large, comfortable porch! We typically try to vacation in a new spot each year, but we all loved this house and MV so much we wanted to go back. The highest compliment from our finicky crew!! Thank you, Lori and Mike, for an unforgettable vacation!!

Fantastic Couples Weekend

We just returned from a fabulous couples weekend on Martha's Vineyard. I just had to sit down and write a review for this perfect vineyard home. First the house is a wonderful size, and super clean. Lovely hardwood floors, stunning wraparound porch, a full eat in kitchen, big bedrooms and a lovely side yard. The location could not have been better. We were central to everything that you could want to do and more. One block to the water, a very quick walk to town - we did not need the car all weekend! Another plus was the owners, they were great to deal with and obviously take wonderful care of the home. This home would also be perfect for families. We are talking about having a family get together there this summer. I never take the time to write a review but I just had to .. MV is a very special place and this is a very special home!

Oak Bluffs? More like Oak Bliss!

This was the perfect location for staying around Oak Bluffs, but without all the craziness of staying on or near Circut Ave. Located just a short 5-10 walk into town, this house just oozed MV out of every pore. From its cape cod style, to it's perfect porch with water views, you always feel at home here. There's a small public beach just down the road that's perfect for families, and Oak Bluffs itself has more shopping and dining than any other town on the island. I can't think of any negatives. Especially with that outdoor shower. Heaven!!

beautiful, charming and very well maintained!

My family has been visiting The Vineyard for the past 23 years. This property is by far the nicest place we have stayed. It is walking distance from town, but very private and quiet. Just perfect. The owners, Mike and Lori are extremely responsive to requests and it is clear that they take great pride in this amazing home. We have stayed here for the last 3 years and plan to stay for many more......

perfect vineyard vacation

What a great house. Nice comfortable rooms, great kitchen and an incredible porch. Grandsons had a large yard to play in and we were able to relax yet keep an eye on them. Close to beach and town,an easy walk. Going back in 2013.

An Island Treasure

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Filled with all the charm and character of a Vineyard Cottage yet containing every modern amenity. What an easy walk to town and the water! Since I was there celebrating my son's wedding it was very important to me that I was able to have plenty of space. We enjoyed having a cocktail while sitting with family and friends on that gorgeous porch. The convenient location made navigating to all of our destinations a breeze. The neighborhood was very quiet yet you are so close to all the great restaurants and sights. This was my first time visiting your island and staying at your home made the trip perfect! I wouldn't hesitate recommending your cottage to anyone. Thanks! Marybeth
