Little House on Linwood is the perfect home to explore Prescott, just minutes from the World’s Oldest Rodeo and Downtown Prescott. This three bedroom, two bathroom home offers a weekend retreat providing guests with comfortable beds, beautiful décor featuring local artists and a beautiful outdoor space to gather with friends and family. Little House on Linwood is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to Flynn Park and Thumb Butte hiking trails.

Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Listen to the rustling of the pine trees as you relax on the lovely deck, Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square. Bring your chairs or blanket, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square. Numerous one-of-a-kind restaurants and coffee shops downtown offer culinary delights for everyone from carnivores to vegans and to those who are gluten free.

Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 2-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is 1 1/2 hours away, Jerome is 1 hour and Flagstaff 2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 25 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: The living room features comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace and a small work space overlooking the front yard. Enjoy Cable TV and streaming for your favorite shows.

Kitchen: This galley kitchen features everything for your cooking needs except the ingredients. Appliances include, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and oven/stove.

Bathroom 1 : The bathroom includes shower/tub combo, vanity and plenty of storage. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for guest use.

Master Bathroom: The bathroom includes shower/tub combo, vanity and plenty of storage. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash for guest use.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, bedside lamps, TV and a closet.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser, bedside lamps, TV and a closet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a full size bed, bedside lamps and closet.

Laundry: This home features a laundry room accessed in the hallway. Laundry supplies are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE
Little House on Linwood offers a beautiful, private patio area to gather in the summer evenings. Complete with outdoor ambient lighting, dining table, BBQ grill, firepit and seating.

*Other things to note:*

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter.

PMI Northern Arizona is Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

• Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take out your trash before you leave.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
