We installed a Nest security camera in the front door to make sure guests checking in smoothly. Aside from that, there is not any audio or video recording device, inside or outside the listing.

We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm. If our guests violate the rules and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and security deposit will be forfeited.

*. Steps disclosure: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the mail floor. There is one step and a small slope at the entrance.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 portable AC. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
