This studio, 1 bath condo is elegantly decorated to make the most of your stay in this beautiful unit. The studio has a murphy bed so you can gain space while entertaining. With AC, ceiling fan and high speed to room provide added comfort.

Balcony: The space features a private outdoor balcony adjacent to the indoor area with sliding glass doors that open fully to unite the indoor and outdoor spaces and allow for mountain breezes. Enjoy a relaxing moment eating a delicious appetizer accompanied by a great wine, or delight in a morning coffee overlooking the lush Sierra Madre.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel gas stove, microwave, oven, and refrigerator and is ideal for cooking and entertaining.

Rooftop: Spend sunny days poolside on the spectacular Terraza and be ready to admire the stunning view of the bay combined with the city. Just Wonderful! There is a Pool and a Warm Jacuzzi for you to enjoy!

Access: Madero 320 Unit 107, is located on the third floor and can be accessed from the complex lobby.

Maid service is available on request for an additional fee.  Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.
