The beachy vibe of our studio effortlessly blends with its clean, simple decor, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Wake up in the plush comfort of a queen-sized bed, and let the first sight of the morning be the sun-kissed waves playing against the shoreline. Savor a cup of coffee on the balcony as you absorb the spectacle of a vibrant beach town awakening to the day.

The studio boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and a cozy dining table, ideal for whipping up a quick breakfast or a leisurely meal while enjoying the beach view.

Please note that parking is limited to one car. However, with the condo's central location, you'll find that many of Capitola Village's attractions and amenities are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the area on foot.

Maximum occupancy of two, strictly enforced.  Shared coin-operated laundry room.  There are 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided.

Everything was great. Views were spectacular, location was perfect.unit was cozy and clean. Only thing to keep in mind for Friday and Saturday nights is there are some local venues with live music up until midnight.

Clean and cute with great views. Also the unit kitchen is very well equipped for a rental. Plenty of pots and pans, micro wave, coffee maker, fast water heater-kettle, toaster oven, etc. Even had a knife sharpener!

Best views in Capitola

The views were exceptional of the village, the beach and the surfers. We enjoyed our stay - shopping in the stores, eating out, walking in the beach and sitting on the porch sipping coffee. A perfect getaway.

Holy Capitola

There's nothing else to say other than this place is the single best location in town! Even the million dollar plus homes next door or up on the hill have nothing on this place! Super simple and perfect. Panoramic view was unreal. Coffee in the morning through happy hour each afternoon/evening... Sitting on the front balcony people watching was epic. Ocean views and waves crashing... Never gets old. I almost don't want to pump this place up because we want it all to ourselves... Loved it and will be back!

Overall a nice and convenient stay. Walkable to everything. Excellent view of beach and downtown. One of very few balconies overlooking Capitola beach and village. Small but functional kitchen and bathroom. Good WiFi and comfortable furniture. Parking was tricky and tight for larger vehicles. Lots of cute beachy accessories and well supplied with everything you need. Kinda pricey but the location can’t be beat. Very pleasant stay for early risers and downtown action. Note: there are early deliveries and trash pickup in the village but very little foot traffic in the mornings. Enjoy!

Everything was great, except the elevator didn’t work and I have a bad knee, and I couldn’t lock the door after I left the apartment, but the location was fantastic and the apartment was great

Quiet beach front property

Really excellent location. The space is today and clean. There's a few things to do in the immediate area and the views at sunrise and sunset are spectacular. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Amazing!! So close to everything and did not want to leave the place.

It’s was our 30th Anniversary, we had an amazing time and never had to drive anywhere. I wish there Wr assigned parking spaces .. but we just went shopping super early in the morning . Kept the studio windows open the whole time and the ocean sounds was amazing even during the day. So hard to stay indoors cuz the beach kept calling. Very clean and we cooked a lot due to my husband’s health but loved it, very well equipped we didn’t need to use our stuff . 10/10 loved this place . Can’t wait to comeback

Capitola beach overlook

The apartment has a wonderful outlook on the beach and activities below. Unfortunately, it was crowded with unnecessary decorative accessories, card games, and duplicates of kitchen equipment that made it difficult to find room for one's own clothing and personal items, or operate efficiently in the small kitchen. It would be even more difficult with two residents. I have found this to be true with many "by owner" rentals. In this case, all the flat surfaces were covered with decorative items, with no bare surfaces available for the tenant. The closet was filled with beach equipment, and drawers with cards and games. The kitchen had drawers stuffed with gadgets and dup[licates, rather than just the basics needed. It made "settling in" a bit of a chore.The location and view is excellent. I can not imagine why the owner has neglected to replace the thermopane windows that have lost their seal, when the view is such an important part of one's experience.The high table and two chairs near the South window may seem stylish, but it is not a comfortable place to sit, nor easy to get into. It felt very precarious. I noticed that one of the lower units had a comfortable easy chair and side table, which was more inviting as a sitting spot.The apartment has location and view, and is the perfect size for one person--or two very agreeable persons. I hope someone can go through the unit with the view of the occupant in mind, rather than that of a "stylist".

Great Views and super fun location.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It is a perfect location to visit Capitola. We spent the evenings just sitting on the two patios and watching the city go by as the sun set in the background. I would highly recommend the property to anyone. We have stayed at many places in Capitola and this was by far our favorite. You could not be more in the heart of everything than here.

Anniversary Weekend

I booked this for my Anniversary Weekend. Location is amazing with great view of Beach. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. They did have an electronic lock with a passcode to get in and out and it took me until the end of the trip to figure it out. I was able to get in the first day, but later couldn't figure it out and used the key that was provided. Once I figured it out, it was simple, just took me a few days to get my brain to work, so maybe a quick detailed message on how it works should be added to check in but otherwise I had No issues at all and would Love to stay again.

All about the location

We parked and walked everywhere. Enjoyed our weekend stay in the cozy studio...with earplugs & sleep masks. It was bright and we did leave windows open to hear the tranquil waves and get airflow, but you hear the rest of Capitola as well :). I would've given 5 stars, but the sliding screen door was just sitting separately on the balcony, some holes in the window screens and the bathroom fan didn't work.

Beautiful view from every window and comfy bed. This cute efficiency unit was everything I needed to decompress. The view from every window was amazing. You don’t need to take anything because this unit has everything, well maybe your pillow. That was the only thing I would say wasn’t up to par. On that note I slept like a baby on the very comfortable bed. If you want to park your car and walk to everything this is your place. Only note is that all though the noise ordinance for you is 9 pm-8 am, you most likely won’t be able to sleep in. Every morning I woke up to some kind of industrial noise, and that’s at 6am. Good thing I rested well on the comfortable mattress.

Perfect Location

Although Capitola is busy from dawn to dusk, the charm of this small tourist town is that nobody seems to mind. Cute shops, tasty restaurants, and plenty of things to see and do, seem to show what Capitola is all about. After 10:00pm the quiet takes over and erases the day. This little studio is about location, location, location. I would stay here again.
