⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



⚠️ Safety Note: Outside concrete walkways can become extremely slippery due to ice in the winter, especially the front walkway and porch. Ice melt will be provided to sprinkle on an icy sidewalk for your safety.

Property was clean , roomy and well taken care of . Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our family !! Would Highly Recommend it to others . Neighborhood was quiet and Peaceful !!

Great location for activities in Manitou Springs (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, etc…) Home had everything we needed for a guys trip (Grill, outdoor seating, basketball court, and restaurants near by).
