Thoughtfully designed, the condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—making it ideal for couples, friends, or a small family seeking a peaceful and upscale escape. It is located on the “no drive” beach area. Parking is available for free in a covered and gated garage. There are great restaurants and shopping stores in close proximity for your dining and shopping enjoyment! Book your stay today and indulge in the beauty, comfort, and tranquility of this exceptional getaway. No pets, please.
Minimum 4-nights stay. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. To preserve the comfort and quality of the experience, the owner graciously limits occupancy to four guests. Parties exceeding this number will be required to vacate without a refund.

We fell in love as soon as we walked in, very pretty and clean. Very up to date and beautifully decorated. The communication with the owner was great, best hospitality we’ve ever had. We will definitely return!

This condo is Gorgeous, much better than the pictures, super clean and well equipped will all items needed for the beach. Deb is a great host, if you have any questions she answers quickly. The Roof Top pool is very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful, get up early and watch the sun rise, it’s great. The beach has white sand and the ocean is nice and clear. The condo is close to restaurants and bars on Flagler street. As you can tell, we loved our stay.

Spent a quiet, relaxing week in Debra’s gorgeous condo. It was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our days on the beach. It truly felt like home away from home. The grounds of the building are very well maintained and the staff and other unit owners were all extremely friendly and helpful. Debra was an excellent host. She provided easy check in/check out instructions, a welcome text with information about the building/unit and a thoughtful welcome basket. We will be back!

This was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed having beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cart to use. I can’t say enough about how nicely decorated it was too. Debra was so helpful with everything too.

We truly enjoyed hosting these guests. They followed house rules, treated our home with extra care, and left everything spotless. Communication was great throughout their stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way!

The condo is spacious, well appointed, clean, and comfortable! Its direct oceanfront location affords convenient access and beautiful views. We have stayed at many condos in NSB and This condo is hands down outstanding. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay. The hosts are extremely easy to work with, and check in / checkout were seamless. Absolutely recommend!

Amazing view

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. The building is kept up nicely and are even doing work on the upper garage. The location is close to several great restaurants and didn't have to go far for dinner. The condo was clean and had everything you would need including beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts upon check in. They are lovely people and were quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Our place was oceanFRONT. Comfy chairs on the patio, all things you need for the beach, same in the kitchen. Las Vegas style black out blind in the bedroom, comfy king bed . Sofa recliners with options.Besides feeling welcoming, I loved Deb’s place because it’s on the fourth floor and right above the fifth floor is the rooftop pool or go down the elevator and right there is the exit to go on the beach. And , garage parking. You couldn’t have things more convenient. We come every year to NSB, and this is our favorite place.

This was our first time vacationing in New Smyrna Beach, and having the condo right on the no-drive section of the beach was fantastic. The building offers great parking and smooth, easy access to the units.Once you walk through the front door of this unit, you are instantly in a little piece of paradise. Beyond the gorgeous ocean view, the unit is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need—from a fully provisioned kitchen and pristine bathrooms to all the essential beach gear. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, making it a joy to relax indoors.What truly sets this condo apart, though, is the interior design. Everywhere you look, you notice the 'perfect touch.' Beyond the beautiful space, the owners are exceptionally responsive, attentive, and proactive hosts who truly care about their guests' comfort. It all created such a relaxing, effortless stay—truly one of the best vacations I’ve had in a long time. I’m already looking forward to returning!
