The location cannot be beat! Right on the beach - and one of the best swimmable beaches in the area. The neighbors are all so friendly, and it was the most magical month!

A perfect location for a longer stay

Haleiwa Surf Condos are in a perfect location. This condo is a ground floor unit with a view! Can't wait to visit again.

Perfect!

Everything was as advertised. Small but comfortable. Well kept property. Beach was as good as could be. Very quiet but near to restaurants and groceries. Attention to detail on the small things (cookware, beach chairs, towels, etc. made for a most pleasant stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 31 day stay at this perfectly located and comfortable condo. We had stayed there before and will come back again. The only suggestion I would make is that the mattress in the sofa bed is not very comfortable at all. Our daughter came to stay for a few days and wound up just sleeping on the couch itself instead of on the mattress. Everything else was awesome and we had everything we needed close by to have a very comfortable and relaxing month long vacation.

Lovely Place to Stay on the North Shore of O’ahu!

This place hits all the marks: great location, great view, great access to the beach (right out the back door!), quiet, easy parking, open floorplan with living room and kitchen, great WIFI and TV with cable, lots of kitchen appliances, water toys and beach blankets! The owner and manager were very helpful and answered all my questions during my stay. The unit has air conditioning in the back bedroom, but it didn’t cool the whole place. That was a downside for me. I was able to “make do“ with several fans that were there, and ceiling fans in each room. It is close to everything in Haliewa and easy to access from the Interstate. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I have already planned a return visit!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is what makes this property AMAZING! It’s oceanfront, literally 100 feet from the beach. Quiet property, sunrise and sunset views, and gorgeous plants all around. We give location FIVE stars and would readily stay here again. Now, the cons: the property is dated and though the space is well-kept, you can see and feel the signs of wear. Not all of the blinds open, the back door screen falls off the track frequently, there are cockroaches. However we were willing to deal with all of that due to the unmatched location! Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Haleiwa Surf is Hidden Gem!

A very unique property tucked away beachfront on a quiet North Shore bay. Lush green lawn leads to a tree shaded beach. Far from the traffic and crowds, your unit is spacious for two with all the necessary amenities. Perfect for a relaxing escape. We have stayed here many times in the past and it has always been delightful. We will definitely be back.

Piece of paradise

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely incredible time at the surf condo— the location is perfect, the beach directly out front was our favorite beach on the island, the condo was comfortable and clean, and Jill was an amazing host. This really is a little piece of paradise.

Great location, few housekeeping issues

Problem with cleanliness of floor/carpet, dishes dirty in cabinet. Manager Jill was notified next morning, having a speedy response time, and a housekeeper came out that evening to clean floor/carpet, we moved furniture to clean and vacuum bugs and dirt, and clean some of dish and glassware. There was a cockroach problem but obviously sprayed because I found them on their backs in the morning or squished them in a Kleenex. Not used to bugs being from Colorado. Overall a very lovely location, a good selection of beach chairs, boogie boards. I would stay here again but hopes this review is taken seriously by management and problems corrected before next guest comes.

This place is an excellent spot for anyone wanting to be close to the hot spots of the N Shore. Ground floor access makes it super easy for popping to the beach for an early morning snorkel. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, which we found a challenge for sleeping (90F/30c temperatures outside) but it does have a couple of very effective ceiling fans. The apartment is very well spec’ed (just like in the photos) with all you need for a great beach holiday (beach chairs, towels, boogie board). Water pressure in shower is superb, making it an all round great experience.

Perfect stay: Dolphins and Turtles "Next door"

The Location of the Condo is perfect: just 5 foot steps away From the Beach. Perfect there to do both: swimming (safe bay) and snorkeling (small reef). The Condo is well equipped with snorkeling Gear. The 2 bathrooms are a little Dark (no window, few light ) and a dish washing machine is lacking. However, we would come back again because of Location. Thank you for the Beautiful days.

Clean and beautiful views

The property was secluded and very nice. There is no AC but you do not need it at night. There are some rules that should be announced as we got in trouble for things that we were in aware of even after reading them. Overall it was a great condo.

Perfect, quiet beach vacation

My husband and I spent a week in this lovely unit. I’ve never enjoyed such convenient access to such a beautiful, quiet beach. We had plenty of room in the condo. It was very well appointed with a brand new coffee maker and anything you could want to cook meals while you’re there. We also had plenty of beach toys, including snorkel gear, boogie boards and beach chairs. It was a little warm without any type of A/C in the unit. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. Thank you!

Peaceful quite place

Nothing short of fabulous!!,

Perfect property in a perfect location, just bring clothes and you’re done. This condo is lacking nothing, everything you could possibly require is here down to the nice beach towels, coffee maker and comfy pillows. Everything is extremely clean and well thought out the only negative is that at some point you must leave which is pretty devastating once the day arrives. We have stayed in this condo twice now and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Haleiwa.

Thank you for a perfect vacation!

Many thanks for a perfect vacation! The location of this condo is phenomenal! Just yards from a gorgeous beach... with everything you need for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards, comfortable bed and two bathrooms. It was perfect. We are already plotting our next visit! Mahalo and aloha! P.S. for the folks complaining about the roosters crowing....the entire island seems to be ruled by an almost feral tribe of chickens and roosters. This has nothing specific to do with the condo complex. And if the prospect of some mildly noisy wildlife is a concern.... I’d recommend the 24th floor of one of the antiseptic hotel towers in Waikiki.

We had a great time! The condo was equipped and comfortable, loved being on the bottom floor, we could walk straight to the beach! I recommend these condos to anyone traveling to Oahu.

Great place in a great location

We really enjoyed our time here. We spent 5 days in Waikiki and then 5 days here on the north shore. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach and about 5 blocks from the town of Haleiwa. It had everything we needed for our time on the north shore including beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, you name it, it was very well equipped. We will stay here again in the future.

We love Haleiwa

This is a great place to stay...walk across the grass and you are on the beach. Condo is clean and appears well cared for. Close to town and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!
