A partir del 1 de agosto de 2019, no aceptaremos alquileres por menos de 30 días porque tenemos que cumplir con la nueva ley de la ciudad y el condado de Honolulu.
Esta propiedad está a unos 30 minutos del aeropuerto. Y a unos 12 minutos de Disney Aulani Resort & Spa y las lagunas de Ko Olina. Hay dos dormitorios, un baño, una sala de estar, comedor familiar y cocina con isla. También cuenta con televisión por cable, wifi y teléfono. Esta propiedad con vista a la montaña es muy segura, los huéspedes pueden hacer ejercicio corriendo, trotando y caminando. No está lejos de Walmart, supermercado Safeway, Costco, restaurantes, Pizza Hut, McDonald y Longs Drugs. Esta residencia está incluida con estacionamiento / entrada gratis.

Nice, Clean, well represented

Very nicely cared for property in a gated community. Owner is attentive, knowledgeable about surrounding areas, and makes sure you are well taken care of but isn't over bearing. Having a rental car is recommended.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in Oahu!

The home is clean, safe and in a beautiful location! William was very kind, gracious and immediately dealt with a simple ceiling fan issue for us. I would highly recommend this location for a more peaceful and relaxing vacation rather than having to fight the constant traffic, etc. in Honolulu or Waikiki. We will definitely recommend this home to friends and family! Thank you, William, for our great horticulture chats, too!

This is where you want to be!!!!

This property was clean and spacious and had all the essentials you needed. The location was perfect. It’s located outside of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and close to shopping and other major attractions. William was very attentive and always available when needed. He offered recommendations on things to do and what areas to travel. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood for your family, this is definitely the place to be. I am already thinking about planning my next visit. Awesome!!!

There is no ocean view unless you stand on the house. It's a basement suite with little furniture

The owner is nice but there was absolutely no barbecue lawn chairs I was very disappointes

Fresh and Clean

This newly finished basement apartment has beautiful finishes, clean and well maintained in a nice neighborhood, but could use more furniture and better outside lighting. Could use a toaster. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. This condo has only ceiling fans and was very hot during the day. Oceanview is very limited.

Our rental property locates on a high elevation. Each year about a couple week of August the temperature is between 83 - 85 degrees during day time. In the evening it is always cool, compare to some area like Honolulu, Pearl City, Ewa Beach ... the temperature there is about 10 degrees higher than our area. Even in the area like Ko Olina next to the ocean the temperature there is higher than our area year round. I asked the guests about the weather here; she told me it is not as hot as Virginia where she comes from.

Excellent location & host!

William was an absolute perfect host. He greeted us on our earlier arrival and took us to the supermarket given our 2 week stay when we arrived, and offered us advice where to visit and the best time. The apartment was super clean and location the best in a secured gated quiet community. We would definitely stay at this place again, and it made our holiday the best. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting as it is central to most of the tourist sites if you don’t want to be caught in the traffic in Honolulu and Waikiki. Thanks for your hospitality.

William was very helpful with the house, giving directions, finding places to eat, letting us know how far it was to where we wanted to go, etc. House was modern, clean and well located for our various activities. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Place to Stay

William was a wonderful host, from our arrival to our departure. We arrived late in the evening. Our flight was over an hour late and William was so gracious, assuring us that it was no problem at all for him to meet us immediately upon our arrival. He was also flexible about our check-out time. We had a late flight and as he did not have a guest checking in that day, he said that we should stay as long as we needed. He spent some time thoroughly showing us around and explaining how everything worked. He lives only a few minutes away and assured us that we should call him at any time if we needed something. He noticed there was no pen by the telephone and left the one that he had with him. One night he told us he would bring an umbrella by the next morning since rain was predicted. True to his word, the next morning he came by with an umbrella for us. I enjoyed learning about his garden on a couple of mornings and made some tea that he suggested using fresh ingredients he cut for me from the garden. The place is immaculate, nicely furnished with upscale appliances and very fairly priced. The landscaping outside is lovely and well maintained. There are some steps going down to the unit but a year after a knee replacement I did not have any difficulty with them. The neighborhood is quiet and seems quite safe. We did not have much time to explore as we were away most of each day. It was a great place to come "home" to each evening. Having been to Honolulu several times now to visit family, the location was just what I was looking for. Away from the busyness of Waikiki, yet still convenient to all that I wanted to do. I would definitely chose to stay here on my next visit.

Excellent accommodations at Makakilo

Property is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Place was neat, clean, and comfortable. William greeted us and made us feel very welcomed. He notified us that he lived close by and to call him anytime we had any questions or concerns. Place is a “jewel” and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot on the island

Great choice

Beautiful property in very nice gated community !!

The property was clean, nicely finished and furnished and beautifully maintained. William greeted us upon arrival and made sure we settled in and were comfortable. He was an excellent host, we couldn't have asked for anyone more friendly and attentive. On a couple occasions he brought us fresh fruit and made sure our stay was great from start to finish. Very clean and lots of room. Outside grounds were beautiful and immaculate

William greeted us on arrival and took us throughout the house and explained everything. He is a great host and had so much information that he gave us about places to go and to see. You will not regret staying at this place. It is close to everything but being in a gated community that is very quiet, private and very safe.

This property is not only a great deal but the Landlord, William was the kindest and friendliest I have ever rented from. The home is comfortable, spacious and very clean. I rent regularly in the area and this will be my new first choice in rentals.

Bad timing, but great place

We arrived while Lane was passing by the islands. However, William was excellent and the house looks exactly like the pictures. William gave us tips that helped us save time, money and keep us safe.

Home away from home!

From the moment we checked in, William treated us great and was prepared to help us with whatever we needed. The quiet, gated neighborhood was close to our old home, so we could visit neighbors and all of our old haunts, as still be only a few minutes from the beach, Ko'Olina resort, and all the new restaurants in Kapolei. The home was very neat, clean, and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen. We made breakfast each morning, walked the neighborhood, and it was great to be able to do laundry. It was like being home each morning, but stepping out the door into your vacation. Thanks again to William!

Absolutely perfect!!

Thank you William and Brooke for making our stay in Honolulu memorable! If you are looking for a place to stay away from the rat race of Honolulu then this is for you. It is in a quiet location only 30 minutes easy drive from Honolulu. The beds are super comfy and the apartment is very clean. William and Brook are absolute wonderful hosts that go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Very beautiful and quiet

We enjoyed staying here at Brooklyn and William's place. Their house is very roomy and clean. The area is quiet and safe. William is such a nice guy and I would highly recommend his property. I myself will stay again.

Beautiful home, loved our stay!

Had a great 11 day stay at this property. Beautiful home with high-end kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. William was very helpful and friendly, and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Would choose it again next time we are looking for a vacation rental in that area.

Super clean, very comfortable and quiet

Lovely space with everything you could possibly need. Lots of space. The Beds were very comfortable, and the home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is super kind and gracious. We absolutely recommend staying here!
