Haleiwa Beachfront Condo. Perfect Peaceful Paradise!

Hawaiian for "Welcome" to the North Shore of O‘ahu. Make this one bedroom/two bath beachfront front condo your home away from home. In June 2019 the interior was completely remodeled: A beautiful kitchen; waterproof flooring throughout; smoothed ceilings, freshly painted walls; upgraded bathrooms; an artistic lanai mosaic. Such a perfect, peaceful setting for remote-working or an extended holiday.

Further to the south along the beach some of the world’s most famous surfing competitions are held, attracting international professionals, media and filmmakers, and, where in winter months (November-February), waves can crest with 30 - 40 foot faces. From November to May whale watching may become your new favourite pastime when humpbacks come to calf and frolic, impressing with their breaching and fluking displays. Honu (sea turtles) basking on the sand and swimming ‘ilio holo i ka uaua (monk seal) are regularly spotted on this beach, but please do not touch these endangered wildlife friends.
Most all year round you will enjoy the calm, warm waters to swim and snorkel in this wonderfully uncrowded setting protected by three coral reefs.

Only a short scenic drive away or ambitious walk is historic Haleiwa town where you can shop, dine and relax to your heart's desire: Rent a surfboard, SUP board or a sailboat. Buy a hand-painted pareau. Browse galleries of stunning art. Grab a coffee and island sweet treat. Experience the many food trucks. Groceries, pharmacy, several ono (Hawaiian for yummy) eateries and a variety of personal services complete the offerings.

This condo is generously appointed with everything you need to prepare a meal with cocktails or mocktails; entertain new friends; lounge in our beach chairs on the sand or use our boogie boards, masks and snorkels; then sleep soundly in our cozy linens. We recommend a maximum of four guests; the newer living room queen size sofa sleeper accommodates two adults. The on-site coin-op laundry is on the ground floor. Common area BBQ and picnic table is yours across the expansive lawn where you will also find an outdoor shower.

Beautiful views of beach from lanai.Property manager out of country so couldn't resolve issues of no cable, air conditioning and shower issues. All email communication. Go for love of Hawaii so tired not to let it ruin anything.

We visited in April-May of this year. The condo was clean, well stocked and everything worked perfect, we also enjoyed having the second floor with the lanai. I would definitely recommend. Also, all our neighbors were very friendly, and the beach access was awesome!!!

6 relaxing weeks

I loved staying here. I came for work and spent all my off time on the beach and local on North Shore. The people are great, the area is laid back and I could not have been happier. The people running the condo just expect you to be an adult and respect the quiet time. Next time I come to Hawaii, I would love to stay here.

After two previous stays at this property, we once again had a wonderful stay. The condo is in a great location, just far enough away from town to be quiet, but also close enough for shopping and dining. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation as well. The owner and her assistant are also a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!

Haleiwa Beachfront Condo!

We had a lovely time at this beachfront condo! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rolled in pretty late our first night and especially enjoyed having the complimentary coffee (Hawaiian of course) for the next day! It was great having beach towels, chairs and floaties on hand too. The location was close to our sunset catamaran cruise as well as great dining, grocery store and shopping. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had the best time!

We loved our stay at the apartment for sure and would recommend staying here 100%. The apartment is beautiful, you have a great view of the ocean. And when we took a walk on the beach in the evening we even got to see the turtles. You have plenty of room for yourself. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. The hosts Dawn and Pat are so kind. Thank you again!

First Time North Shore

Great location and every thing was very clean. The microwave shows a lot of wear and tear, but overall it’s a nice kitchen and we cooked a lot while there. The cable t.v. was not working during our stay, so watched free internet t.v.

Just what we wanted

Memories of Haleiwa are imprinted in my mind, we had the nicest vacation and the visit was everything we were looking for. The apt had all the necessities but the deck which faced the ever changing Pacific and a postcard Hawaiian beach was the show stopper… sublime. We super enjoyed our stay so quit and peaceful Thank you all for a fab stay

Wonderful place

This is one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. The beach right off of the back is amazing and quiet. We had the pleasure of seeing many sea turtles come up on the sand to sun themselves and while snorkeling. The property is well taken care of, and all of the permanent residents were very friendly. It is very close to most of the restaurants and sites in Haleiwa. The condo came with everything that we needed for our stay, like beach chairs and extra items for the beach. The kitchen seemed well stocked and organized. And it was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Oahu. ♥️

All was perfect!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! Very clean and all of the linens smelled so nice and fresh. Loved the high end sofa sleeper in the living room - so comfortable! So nice to start and end our days right on the beach. Great communication from the start to finish. Definitely hope to come back soon!

Fun, small condo.

Overall was a fine place to stay. I hate bugs BUT you’re on an island, so they’re gonna be there. Cockroaches scatter in the parking lot and on the outside of the building, but I saw NO live ones inside the condo. I saw one dead one up in the bathroom fan. I always book places with an AC. I have a family that struggles to sleep if it’s too hot. The AC unit (in window) definitely cools off the bedroom (very well), however; the remainder of the condo was warm. It didn’t bring the temp down in the entire unit like it did the bedroom. So keep that in mind if you have guests sleeping out there. The beach is literally right out back across the lawn. It’s not a beach that I let my child swim and play in the water, it got deep too fast with good sized waves. But was great to look and and just sit on the beach. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a issue for us. There were sheets I went to put on the sofa bed that were visibly soiled. Like hard to miss soiled. Also saw small smears of blood on the shower curtain and curtains in the living room. The shower head pressure is AMAZING! So nice to have a good shower after long hot days playing. We ran out of paper towels super quick. We went through them quickly because we dried our hands with them after washing because the hand towels didn’t smell fresh, and I wanted to wash them first. When asking the owner for more paper towels, “there were none more a available in the condo”. She was kind about it, but not how I would have managed it

The location was perfect! I was familiar with the north shore and new Haleiwa was where I wanted to stay. I was pleasantly surprised about the exact location and the beach was so peaceful. Quiet, serene, a little hideaway

Travelled as a small group, family and a friend. Stayed for a while and plan to go back within the next 12 months. Very much a calm, local getaway not a party filled Waikiki, found a spot for yoga every night, a spot to swim with turtles and cute fish everyday, and walkable to restaurants and shops and shaved ice! Hosts 100% responsive and helpful. Condo well equipped with towels, linens, spices, small and large kitchen appliances, snorkel equipment, leftover sunscreen, etc. Outdoor shower the BEST for removing a day full fo sand.

We very much enjoyed staying at Pat’s place! The location is awesome, close to everything. The condo had everything we needed, swim and snorkel gear included. We especially loved the semi-private beach. Highly recommended!

Haleiwa Beachfront Condo.with Friendly Locals and Good Location

We stayed at Haleiwa Beachfront Condo. for 2 weeks. Hale'iwa is a tourist stop by day but has friendly charm mornings and evenings. The condo was adequate for a senior couple. The one issue was the TV was difficult to use. Appliances could use an update. We really didn't need cable, just wanted to watch local channels but couldn't figure that out. Mornings on the beach and in the ocean were wonderful and the people great. Evening walks were very special. It still seems like Hawaii is suffering from there covid restrictions. Not many events to attend and restaurants are open hit and miss. Museums and parks were short staffed. Beaches were empty, however we were there during rainy period. Certainly not like it used to be.

Heaven On Earth!!!!

This is the best place on the planet!! If your looking for some uppity, snooty, stuffy, I’m better then you resort this is not your place!!! This is for folks that are grateful, thankful and appreciate of a tiny slice of Heaven in this crazy world! It’s not always about the accommodations in Hawaii it’s about God’s beautiful creation but it enhances it when you get to be steps off the beach and have the birds for your alarm clock. This condo is a gem and Dawn is an excellent communicator and manages it with top skills!! Grateful to Pat who is willing to share such a special place with us! The comment below about being illegally rented is a very angry, ungrateful, lack of understanding, rude individual and should stay in a $800 night hotel(not on the beach) sipping on a martini being “cool”. It’s people like her that ruin the world and beautiful treasures like this place. I have been coming to the North Shore for 30+ years and these particular condos for 15 years…it’s 100% my Heaven!!!

Haleiwa Surf is the only residential condo community along this stretch of north shore beaches. The beach here tends to be less crowded, mostly enjoyed by families due to the mellow waves and regular presence of ocean-going wildlife such as monk seals and turtles. Please respect these endangered species by keeping your distance.
