Home includes 2 televisions with cable and Wi-Fi and a brand new gas grill! The house does NOT have a washer/dryer.

The lakefront is directly below the house! The water is clean and clear and perfect for swimming. It includes a very large lounge deck with wrought iron furniture, a long dock excellent for swimming, fishing and docking a boat. The lake side boat house is filled with 2 kayaks, water toys and inflatables. The boat house has a large light on the outside perfect for evenings on the lounge deck!

The cottage is in close proximity to several nearby fun destinations including: Corey Lake Farms (Farmer's market with fruits, vegetables, bakery and U-pick seasonal produce), restaurants, horseback riding at Camp Eberhart, Swiss Valley Ski Resort and charming downtown Three Rivers. Three Rivers has everything you will need: restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, bowling, mini golf and much more! A day trip to several Lake Michigan beaches and Michigan winery tours is less than an hour away!
