Welcome to Luxury Living at the Lake! Get back to nature in comfort and style at this lakefront getaway. This beautiful lake house features direct access to Pleasant Lake, four bedrooms, three full baths, a large chef's kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a living room complete with a beautiful fireplace and 82" TV. The lakefront offers a private deck, a He Shed She Shed (unique bar) with minifridge, boosted wifi, a fire pit, and a spectacular lounging area where you can sit back, relax, and look out over the lake.

We now have a Pontoon Boat for rent for an extra fee. Please send DM.

As good or better than the pictures

Nice location and considerate communication. Wonderful atmosphere and great for our group. Nicer restaurants and activity require some travel, but not a deal breaker at all. That said, it was winter so less to do on the lake. I’m sure a summer stay would be amazing. Would stay again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful Experience

Owners were wonderful and communicated quickly. Home was absolutely gorgeous. Lake was pristine and home had amenities to keep everyone occupied. Glad we rented here!

Luxury accommodations at affordable price.

Beautiful home, all the anemities you could ask for! This was a perfect ladies getaway. Geno and Mary Beth were amazing hosts and had wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. We were able to use the kayaks and take advantage of the awesome outside seating. Will definitely stay again!

Best Rental EVER

This was probably the best rental property we have stayed in and that is saying something. Incredibly well stocked and extremely comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything. Cannot recommend it enough - totally worth the cost.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend in January. The hosts thought of all the details and made the weekend feel special for my birthday. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend of refreshment with friends.

Fun October Weekend

The house was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, we had a full house and a great weekend. Host was very responsive. If you are thinking about renting, we recommend you do it!

Amazing family getaway

Beautiful lake house with everything we needed for our vacation. The hosts thought of all the little details that made it even more special- like gourmet snacks and local coffee. Very comfortable for our group of 11 and we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, kayaks and paddle boards. The shed and fire pit were magical to hang out around in the evenings. Thanks Mary Beth and Geno!! We will be back!

We loved your home and everything about the rental process. The communication was top notch, home was super clean, had everything we needed and more (things we forgot), location was beautiful! We had the most wonderful stay. The house and property exceeded all expectations. The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The hosts were so gracious and hospitable. Amazing house and very thoughtful owners

The house was amazing. Easy check in/out process. House was even ready early for us. Went above and beyond to stock items we may/may not need, ie coffee, bathroom items, etc. Geno was very responsive to all my questions. We were visiting for an athletic competition for my daughter and he sent a very thoughtful care package. Would highly recommend this house.

Excellent home, Owner of property has very high standards

If we could give this property a six-star review, we would! We travel alot for business and pleasure and must say that Gino is one of THE BEST property owners we have had the pleasure of communicating with. The home has been recently renovated with tasteful decor and upgrades galore. The home sits on lake frontage with a spacious lot and great views of the lake. Thank you Gino & family for being wonderful hosts and allowing us to relax and enjoy your home during our brief stay in Michigan.

9th year of family vacations and everyone in our group agreed this was the nicest home we’ve stayed in. It all started with the initial contact where Geno answered all of questions very promptly and even sent a few additional pics. The home is newly renovated and Everything is new, nice and high quality (not your typical rental). The she shed/deck is a great feature where we spent many hours. This home literally has everything you need or want, I highly recommend this home!!!! Kelly Cooney P.S. the Alexa mega sound system is awesome.

Absolutely flawless

I work in hospitality and specifically in sales for luxury hotels. This was my first experience with a VRBO and we chose it based on it's location to Gable Hill, where my niece was getting married. We had a large group of 7 that included three generations from 23 to 79. This house lives up to its photos and I can't say enough about how amazing it was. From communication with the hosts (who are generous, kind and responsive), to the welcome information, to the jazz music that was playing when we walked in...everything was flawless. I have no way to compare this to other VRBOS but what I will stay is that we had an absolutely amazing stay and were sad to leave. If you are looking at this house, just book it...you will not be disappointed.

Super Bowl stay

My group of 8 recently stayed at this beautiful, stunning home for super bowl weekend. Everything was top notch, from the 85 in. TV above the awesome fireplace to the gourmet kitchen for making game day snacks this house fit the bill completely. An outdoor igloo with heater was an unexpected surprise that we utilized at night. outdoor lights come on automatically. How fun!! Decorated with hearts everywhere for the upcoming valentines day holiday was unexpected as well..same for the goodies that were on the counter when we arrived. nothing was spared in this rental. Beds were like clouds!! Kitchen very well stocked. Very open for our dogs to roam around as well. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in a rental where you feel very pampered from start to finish. Bravo Geno!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories! Jodi Kozloff

Dream stay with attention attention to every detail!

Family weekend get-away after Christmas with husband, son, daugther-in-law and their 3 girls ages 5-10, and daugther with her 3 girls ages 3-7 was absolutely phenomenal! The owners thought of everything to make this a luxury property, with attention to detail in every area room/space of the house/property. I knew I loved my choice of VRBO once I walked in the front door. The extra little touches like turning the lights on, music softly playing and fireplace on was appreciated. FYI - I was over the moon when I saw the lighted Igloo in the final stages of set-up by the lake. It was super cozy too when us adults spent some quiet time down by the lake on Friday evening (thanks for the wine and snacks) and family time on Saturday. The kitchen is a chef's dream and we had 3 adults who love to cook, with plenty of space the rest of the family to hang out at. Actually, the majority of our time was spent in the kitchen/dining area. We are a family who loves to play games and spent hours at the table playing SkyJo or Hurry-up Chicken Butt, a new Christmas gift. The girls loved the basement, pacman machine, and selection of games.To say you thought of everything from super comfortable couch, chairs, fireplace and phenomenal sound system is an understatement. From a family who loves to hang out together, we loved everything about this property. Master bedroom mattress made for two solid nights of great sleep! Thank you for making this place so special. We hope to back again in 2024!

An absolute dream

Our stay at Lakefront Luxury Living was an absolute dream. The home was simply beautiful and the views of the lake were so peaceful. We were all very sad to leave and all agreed we could easily have stayed another week. Geno our host was very responsive and helpful and the home was stocked with about everything you could think of. We clearly packed more than we needed to. We were a party of 10 but the home is equipped to accomdate 12. We had more than enough room. The beds were so comfortable it felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. If there were a downside, for us it would have been traveling with elderly parents with mobility limitations when it came to accessing the back yard and lake. I don't consider that as a negative against the home or host, but simply a challenge specfic to our set of circumstances. We brought mobilty scooters thinking those would be helpful but the slope is pretty steep to get to the backyard so in the end, they were not viable. Other option was a full set of stairs inside to the lower level and more stairs from the deck. We were determined to enjoy all the amenities of this wonderful place so we made it work and the extra effort was worth it. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations. You made our Family Reunion an event we will remember for a lifetime.

We choose this property because it was pet friendly and paid for it in full for 2 weeks. VRBO says we did not select this pet friendly option even though it is clearly listed. The shower leaked causing multiple falls during the stay. You hit your head on the stove trying to cook because it is not code. Had a light randomly explode over the 3 month old baby. We spent 2 hours cleaning the entire place just so we could walk around. You walk into a relatively clean house furniture that is clearly used. However this doesn’t stop them from trying to charge you for new rugs after you leave that have clearly been abused. Not to mention the deck you can’t walk on because it’s not safe. Dont stay here unless you want to pay extra for a property that is not safe and you will get charged for stuff that is not your fault.

Our family bought this lake house in 2017 and fully renovated it in 2019. We love it there and are now very happy to share it and all it has to offer with others. My wife Mary Beth and I (Geno) run the rental ourselves.

We have tried to make every detail feel luxurious and relaxing. There are other properties that are cheaper but we think none are nicer or have as much attention to detail as ours.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Chef's kitchen with induction stove/oven/warming drawer, 82" TV over the electric fireplace, 3 full baths that are super clean and extremely nice, lakeside private sitting area, and the She Shed He Shed (unique lakeside bar area) for our guests to relax and enjoy the view.
