Cute, small cottage minutes from restaurants/bay

Relax with family (small pets allowed) at this cute small cottage (600 square feet) minutes away from great restaurants (see guidebook) Close to Somers Point Bay beach and Kennedy Park. Drive across a bridge to spend the day in Ocean City, Long Port, Ventnor, or Margate beaches. A great bike / Walking trail goes from Somers Point through Linwood and Northfield. Set back from the road / overall private and a firepit
The space
Small cottage with 1 bedroom with a queen bed, small porch bedroom with twin bunk bed, 1 full couch pull out bed in living room (privacy curtain in closet is easy to hook up), You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels (not provided). There is a 50' TV in the living room and 32 " TV in the main bedroom. All areas have AC and several fans to use if needed. 1 bathroom and walk in shower in the house (1 outside shower for after the beach). Have some outside seating also for around fire pit. Trampoline to use at own risk. House is set back away from the roads.
Guest access
Keypad to enter the house. The shed is locked and not accessible on the property. All else is fine.
Other things to note
Small place, but nice and near quiet neighbors. Not a spot for loud partying. Travel to the very small room with bunk bed (finished porch) is through the main bedroom or out a separate door to the outside. The living room has a curtain that can easily be hung for some privacy when the couch bed is pulled out. The bathroom is small, but also has a walk-in shower besides the outside shower. Ceiling fans in main bedroom and living room.
