The Space:

The wait is over—our pool construction is complete! This new, upgraded space is ready to make your stay unforgettable. The pool is heated during March, April, May, October, and November, and can be cooled in the summer months upon request—a refreshing option during those stretches of 110-degree heat indexes. The hot tub is heated and available for guest use year-round.



With two separate kitchens and living areas, this home offers the perfect layout for families and groups to relax in comfort and style. Prepare delicious meals in fully equipped kitchens featuring granite countertops and high-end appliances. After a day of sun and sand, retreat to plush bedrooms and fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves crashing on the shore. Curious about our beach packages or split-level layout? Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entirety of the home and one garage bay during their stay (there is an owner's closet and one garage bay is reserved for the owners as well).

Explore the vibrant flavors of Perdido Key at nearby acclaimed restaurants such as Perdido Key Breakfast Club, The Jellyfish Bar, and The Fish Taco Truck. Feel the tranquility of Perdido Key State Park enveloping you as you lounge by the sparkling pool, take a leisurely stroll along the powdery sands, or embark on thrilling water activities such as paddleboarding and snorkeling.

With convenient access to local attractions, dining, and shopping, Perdido Key Oasis offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement for your beach vacation. Whether you're venturing out to explore the area or simply soaking in the breathtaking views from your private balcony, Perdido Key Oasis promises an unforgettable getaway.

We’re excited to host you! Please be aware of the following important details:



You’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement after booking. These must be signed within 24 hours of booking or at least 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this isn’t feasible for you, we’re happy to accommodate a free cancellation.



Before arrival, guest verification is required through our third-party health and safety partner, Truvi (formerly known as Superhog). For stays 14 nights or less, you’ll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (paid directly to Truvi). For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a security deposit of $2,500.

The pool is heated from the months of March-October. With advance notice and depending on weather conditions, we can heat the pool in winter months for an additional fee to be agreed ahead of arrival. Pool & hot tub hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM year round.



Groups with all guests under the age of 25 are prohibited.
