The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, fish off the backyard dock, play on our PUTTING GREEN and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard!

If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this upscale 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath house certainly will. Walk 4 minutes from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay, explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide an Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up for the duration of your stay. 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts across the street from the house!

There is ample seating with a water view from 3 balconies. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment.

The entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. Stainless appliances in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living room features new furniture and a 65" 4k HD TV. There is also a 4k TV outside by the Pool! All the bedrooms feature 4k TVs. All TVs have voice command remotes with YouTube TV service provided. Streaming Services all available. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house.

Essentials before you arrive:

- 4 dishwasher pods
- Paper towels & trash bags
- Tide pods for up to 4 loads

Bathrooms:
- Soft cotton towels + dedicated makeup towels
- Paraben-free shampoo, conditioner, & body wash

Bedrooms:
- 300-thread-count satin stripe cotton sheets
- A basket of beach towels ready for you

Security Camera Disclosure: For the safety of our guests and property, there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance facing the exterior entryway. The camera records video and motion activity only in this exterior area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.

Enhanced commercial cleaning/disinfecting protocols by a Professional cleaning company. iWave Air Purifiers AND HALO LED Scrubbers are installed in all AC units to actively purify the supply air, killing mold, bacteria, and viruses in the coil and living space!

There is room in the driveway for 5 vehicls. and a boat trailer. Please don’t park any vehicles in the street as they could be towed!
