Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $95/pet per stay. If you instant book and will have a pet, please let me know and we will do a reservation alteration that includes the pet fee.

Stays longer than 10 days will require a discounted mid-stay cleaning. Pricing TBD with guest at time of booking. Cleaning will include refresh of clean towels & sheets as well as in depth cleaning of the kitchen & bathrooms.

$100 - Pet fee when your pets stay has not been brought to our attention in advance of your stay.

$50 - Additional cleaning charge when you don`t clean up after your pet. This charge is for pets messes in the backyard or inside the house.

$250 - Fee for smoking indoors. This fee will be assessed for any indication of smoking indoors, including any any odors from cigarettes or cannabis noticed by our cleaning crew.

$50 - Replacement cost of any stained or damaged duvet covers.

$30 - Replacement cost for a stained or damaged fitted sheet.

$30 - Replacement cost for a stained or damaged flat sheet.

$15 - Replacement cost for a stained or damaged pillow case.

$15 - Replacement cost for a stained or damaged bath towel or beach towel.

$5 - Replacement cost for a stained or damaged hand towels.
