Please be advised that due to ongoing geothermal system repairs at Sandpiper Towers, the HVAC (heating and cooling) systems in all units will be offline from February 12th through March 9th, 2026.

Guests will not have access to heating or air conditioning during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as necessary maintenance is completed to improve the property.

For safety reasons, unit breakers connected to HVAC systems have been turned off. If you are staying during this time, please ensure your thermostat remains in the OFF position.

▶ Please note that this privately-owned apartment does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning after check-out.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ Regrettably, no animals are allowed.

▶ Parties are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining reservation period.

▶ Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the unit. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee, and immediate eviction without a refund will be enforced.

▶ Check-in is at/after 3 pm, and check-out is no later than 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will result in
