Almost paradise if not for multiple hiccups
Very nice home and community with plenty of pleasing amenities, but there was a multitude of hiccups that caused inconvenience and disappointment. Here are the hiccups:1) No Keurig machine when I was told there would be (they did remedy this on our 2nd day though)2) No propane for the firetable on the balcony (we were unable to enjoy this our first night there, but they did provide more propane on our 2nd day)3) Instructions for using the gas powered grill and fire pit need to be clarified as we had to figure this out on our own (it's confusing because the gas lines for the grill and fire pit aren't specified and the valves had been turned off, they should've been ready to go when we got there).4) The internet stopped working, or at least the bandwidth was weak and didn't allow multiple device use. Had to troubleshoot and reset the modem in a private locked area under the stairs. There should also be instructions in case this happens again for future guests.5) The communication was actually one of the bright spots during our stay as the host replied quickly to our concerns, but there was confusion regarding the fire pit and fireable, wherein the maintenance person didn't replace the propane on his first visit and we had to have him come back later.We had a good time overall, but all the inconveniences put a damper on our experience. Maybe one of these issues is understandable, but all of them is unacceptable. The unit should've been completely ready for us but wasn't
