Owners use the covered dock but there is plenty of space to tie off on the side with your boat or rental.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Check-in is after 3 PM. Check-out is before 10 AM.
Rental agreement is required with ID verification.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. If guest are caught with a pet, guests may be subject to an immediate cancellation without refund. If evidence is found after your stay, there will be a $150 penalty for rule violation.
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels
BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size.
Firewood is available for purchase.
TIGHT STAIRWELL: The stairwell and main hallway to bathrooms is tight. Due to the design of the house, the A-Frame slant goes into the stairs- please watch your head!

This was the perfect house for our family for a thanksgiving getaway. Its location on the lake was beautiful and peaceful, and within an easy drive of many of the hiking/parks in the area. We loved the hot tub, fireplace, and fire pit to warm us up during the chilly nights. Communication with the hosts was great, and the trip went off without a hitch. We’ll definitely be back in warmer weather!

Wonderful!

Stayed here on a bachelorette trip and the experience was wonderful! It was clean, cozy, and well stocked with things we needed. The host was incredibly responsive with any questions we had during our stay. It was a great time and everyone enjoyed it!

This house? A whole vibe. From the moment we walked in, our teacher crew felt the stress completely melt away. Immaculately clean, perfectly styled, and the lake views? Straight-up dreamy. We floated all day, laughed all night, and soaked up every second like it was going to stay summer break forever. We loved dinner around the table with the funnest little card game of getting to know each other (I hope they always keep that in the house), we learned so much about each other and grew closer as friends! The host was absolutely fabulous—attentive, kind, and totally on top of things. That got an A from this crew!! We made memories, took a million photos, did a few TikTok’s (the house has the perfect backgrounds) and already started planning our return. 10/10! We can’t wait for Girl’s Trip 2026!!!

The best Bachelorette Party Place EVER

This place was amazing - it was as just as it was described and more. The communication was fantastic, and I would rent it again and again and again! It is a must see/stay for your bachelorette party needs!

The house and amenties are just as pictured!

We had a GREAT time! The lake access was just as described. Nice well-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, first and second floor outdoor balconies were especially condusive to relaxing conversation. This was our second time staying with Allison as host - she does not disappoint! Excellent communication and attention to detail. We look forward to experiencing her hospitality again!

Family girls trip.

This place is great. Love the decor. Very comfortable. We love the Lake of Egypt and all it has to offer. All our needs were met and any questions were answered promply.

Perfect Bachelorette trip!

Everything about the house and location were prefect! It’s decorated beautifully and exactly like the pictures. Even when the weather didn’t cooperate we enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the rain. The host provides an expansive list of any type of recommendation you could think of, and when we weren’t on the lake, we enjoyed the wineries nearby. The host is also very responsive if you need anything. If you're on the fence - book it!

Such a fun getaway

Beautiful location. The house was decorated perfectly for a bachelorette party or girls weekend. We were not the intended audience (family with young adult kids), but we loved it and had so much fun taking silly photos all over the house. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. We used the firepit, kayaks, and hot tub and everything was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Awesome for Bachelorette Parties

This was the PERFECT place for my bachelorette party weekend. We were close to wine trails and hiking locations. The place was clean and accommodating. The decorating was super cute and lots of picture opportunities. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Host provided all necessities so you can pack lightly. I would highly recommend staying here! Gals Getaway Dream Come True!

The details in the home are spectacular. They pop without being way too much. We loved the size, the lake view, the amenities, and the overall feel of the house. It was a peaceful environment and we had a great time! It was the perfect getaway weekend for us!

Add a very enjoyable time. The rooms are set up well for multiple people to stay. Loved the owner! She brought us wood for a fire right away! Neighbors are sweet! Very relaxing!

Fantastic spot!

Awesome view of the Lake, super clean, nicely outfitted, close to tons of awesome hiking spots (Ferne Cliff, Garden of the Gods, Giant City), comfy beds, hot tub, dock, kitchen, dining and living area was very roomy on lake level - plenty of room for spreading out. Great host. Even discovered a couple good local wineries. Honestly this is a super great spot! Don’t hesitate to book it!

Girls weekend!

We had a great time at this property! The house was perfect and right on the water. It was decorated so great and could see the thought that was put into the house. Everything from the initial reservation to the check out was great. We will be back next year!
