This home faces the lake with an enclosed porch and an open porch with a grill for those evenings watching the sunset or watching the kids as they play in the yard and fish from the docks. We provide kayaks, grill, fire pit, and breath-taking sunsets views from this 3-bedroom lake front property with a loft. There is a dock for your boat or to swim from and a large yard for relaxing. Has an open floor plan with a loft overlooking the lake and the rest of the house. One master bedroom and bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and another full bath downstairs with a washer and dryer. Attached to the living room is also an enclosed porch with the view of the lake. This property will sleep 7 comfortably with room for another on the sectional.

Itcwas a very nice, relaxing and wonderful location. Step out the back ams the water front is there. There were a couple docks that you coyld walk out on and also several kayaks to use. Had a great time, would stay there again.

We had a good stay. Had a few mishaps that the owner quickly found a solution for. My only compliant is this was a multi unit property which was not listed anywhere on the VRBO description. Luckily no one was staying in the other two units when we were there otherwise it could have been a big disappointment having no privacy what so ever. I found the VRBO listings for the other 2 units which indicated they were multi unit properties so not sure why that wasn’t included on this listing.

We had a great time on the lake and the house was a bit dated but fine. What we didn't realize was there was not much privacy and that our "house" had a basement that was used as a separate rental along with a detached garage that had a separate rental above it. Lucky for us neither of these were rented the weekend we were there. Also, there were not enough utensils for 6 people, we went to dollar general to buy paper plates and plastic forks. Another problem was the docks!! This was big and luckily the neighboring house that was fully rented had nice people, they had two boats and we had one, we were all confused as we weren't sure where to dock our boat. We called management and they told us to use any of the docks-but people staying in the house further down were having a boat delivered. Everyone was very nice and pleasant, we were all just confused and it was not what we thought we were getting.. Our firepit was broke so we borrowed one of the others, again we were all on top of each other and there was a little "fish" pond that had not been maintained and had grass clippings and "things growing" in it. Our deck was very small and very dirty, at least it could have been hosed off. We did fine and it all worked out, but it had the potential to be a nightmare!

Easy lake access.

The house and yard were great. We really liked the easy lake access. Some places we have stayed in the past had a difficult amount of steps to get to the water. The water was perfect for swimming and padding around the cove.I highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time and the facility was good. We were missing a few common items we would have liked - soap for bathing (not soft soap); grater and carrot peeler in kitchen, no salt/pepper, the eating utensils were plastic; poor knives... that's all; all in all a great stay

Pretty view

The cabin was okay but needs some improvements done. The bathroom on main floor has a tub shower and it feels like you’ll go right through. The over the stove microwave is broken and needs replaced. There was another microwave on the counter to use. There was no instructions for when we left so we stripped beds and found no mattress pads and the mattresses were stained. It was not clear from listing that there would be renters below us in the same cabin and they were fighting/yelling and that was unexpected. It would have been nice to have a blow dryer in the bathroom but since it’s a lake cabin and we were not sure we brought our own. Both of my sisters have health issues and there is no railing going in and out so for safety reasons I would get that added asap.

Overall Great, A Couple Complaints

Overall great house/management company. It was clean and had a good amount of space. The people I talked with were nice and explained any details clearly. Only complaints about the house were some ladybugs inside and the internet not working (resetting didn’t work). Also, at night people kept taking the limited parking we did have, so it was tight.

Could be so much better

This place has a cute little location, but they need to take the final steps and repair things that are ripped out of the wall, etc. TV worked for the first day and then the second day could not get it to work. We had repairman knock on the door wanted to come into our condo on the second day to check something out with the furnace filter and we told them that they could come back after we left we thought that was very strange and unnerving. The place was OK but would probably find a better place next time

Great location with only a few minor things that could have made for a 10 star rating. Needs towel bars in the bathrooms and some blinds should be replaced. Needs a new toaster in the kitchen. House was clean and spacious and overall a great experience

Decent, but needs lots of maintenance and tlc

This house is in kind of in a “cul-de-sac” which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. You do not get the whole house in this rental. There is a rental below it as well. 3 houses (which is 4 rentals total because this rental also has one below it), all share the same dock. There were way too many people for us to even enjoy our stay since the other houses had a ton of people staying in them. This was mentioned nowhere in the description that you would be sharing this dock with more rentals. Our idea of vacation is to get away and have a little privacy. If that is your idea as well, this is not the house for you. The inside of this house needs quite a bit of repair. My husband fixed the shower head in the downstairs bathroom. The shower head was cracked so it was spraying water backwards on the wall. It has obviously been doing this for a very long time. Everytime we took a shower, drywall would fall down into the bathtub. There are big gouges in the drywall from where things have hit it. There are places all over the wall where drywall mud has been used and just left without being painted over and it just looks very tacky. The ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom does not work. We went down to check the dock out, there was trash all over the yard, I’m guessing from the previous renters, where they had done fireworks and left it. The dock is falling apart and the ladder fell off the dock multiple times. All in all this rental needs a lot of repair work and tlc.
