★ PLEASE NOTE ★
Upon entering the home, there is a staircase immediately inside the front door leading either upstairs or downstairs. Guests will need to use stairs to access all living areas. If you have mobility concerns, please be aware that this property may not be ideal for your stay.
The home also features a fully enclosed backyard and a deck available for your use.
★ HOUSE RULES ★
1. NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Registered and Approved guests only on the property. No parties/events. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests unless you’ve received prior approval, and the extra guest fee has been paid if applicable.
2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the at the top of the stairs, away from the guesthouse. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $1000 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.
4. PARKING: Please follow the parking instructions! We have space for up to 6 vehicles in the designated areas outlined in the check-in instructions (2 in the driveway, 4 in the graveled parking area). Parking over the sidewalk, and on street in front of mailboxes or neighboring homes is strictly prohibited.
5. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Guests must provide their own pet bedding and clean up after their pets. Additional cleaning charges will apply for pet hair on linens or excessive cleaning required.
