Completely remodeled, ocean-front apartment with lots of windows and incredible ocean views. Relax on the back patio enjoying the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves, or roast marshmallows around the fire pit and play a game of bocce ball. Stroll down the private sidewalk, just steps to the beautiful white-sand beach!
The space
The apartment is on the first floor of our newly remodeled beach house. When we are in town, we live upstairs with a separate gate entrance on the opposite side of the house. When we are out of town, we rent the upstairs to no more than two people at a time.
We are new to VRBO, but are seasoned Superhosts on Airbnb. This property has 215 reviews and an overall rating of 4.97 (out of 5) stars.
Guest access
The only space that is shared is the back yard and sidewalk down to the beach.
Other things to note
This property is ideal for family vacations or a romantic getaway for couples. This apartment is not appropriate for parties or more than 4 adults. We ask that guests be conscientious of playing loud music because it can be disruptive to our upstairs guests. If you are looking for a rowdy, stay-up-late-and-party vacation, this is not the ideal spot for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach getaway in a beautiful space, you will love this property!

Beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a great vacation-- including beach chairs, umbrellas and toys! Kids love running around in the fenced in back yard. And the house is only steps to the sand!
