The house and property were excellent. The pool area was an oasis. The beds were comfortable and the house offered several indoor and outdoor spaces for guests to spread out. The location was walkable to downtown and an easy drive to the grocery store, although traffic can be heavy (true of St. Augustine in general!).

Amazing Location

We planned this trip for a friends weekend but ended up just the 2 of us due to the Holiday. We had an absolutely amazing time! We rode our E-bikes everywhere and it was the best trip we have taken in a long time. So much to see and do right around the corner. The house was so inviting. It has everything a couple or family would need and more. FYI… so many neighborhood food trucks that people would walk right by… we tried them and would recommend.

Beautiful Home Minutes from St Augustine City Center

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in St. Augustine for New Year's! The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the city center, making it easy to explore all the amazing attractions, historic sites, and fantastic restaurants St. Augustine has to offer.The hosts were absolutely wonderful—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Augustine

Perfect Rental in St Aug

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home. The description is accurate, the property is well-maintained, everything was super clean, the owner is communicative, house is well-equipped, lots of thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were well appointed. We had 6 adults and one toddler, everyone had plenty of room. The outdoor area is wonderful, plenty of chairs/tables and shade when it’s hot. For people with little ones, the pool has a really long/wide ledge in the shallow end. It’s perfect for a child. She could play/stand, we just stationed ourselves on the ends so she wouldn’t go too far. An unexpected bonus!The house is perfectly situated between Old Town and the beach, 10 minute max drive to either. We love St Augustine and were so happy to be back and have such a great place to stay that suited the whole family.

Perfect Rental Property

We (me, wife, daughter, & 3 grandchildren 13, 9, & 2) stayed for 3 nights in March. The house and neighborhood were great. It was close to the downtown area and beaches. No one was renting the property the day we left and the hosts graciously let us checkout at 3PM so we had an extra day at the beach. The only suggestions I have are:I didn't see a net to clean leaves from the pool and 2. I couldn't find a broom to tidy up before we checked out (probably they were there but I just didn't find them). The pool and patio area were great for the kids and the grill was perfect to cook on for 2 of our 3 dinners. If it's available we will possible try to rent it this summer.
