LAUREL MTN CABIN - Imagine quedarse en una auténtica cabaña de troncos que tiene más de 95 años. Los "registros antiguos" lo llevan de regreso en el tiempo a una forma de vida más tranquila y sencilla. Decorado con buen gusto en el campo moderno y antigüedades, es un lugar donde seguramente creará algunos recuerdos preciados.

El salón ofrece una chimenea de leña de piedra maciza, ideal para esas noches románticas junto al fuego. El dormitorio principal abarca toda el área de arriba y tiene una claraboya junto con una cama king-size y una cama individual con un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 32 "con satélite. Hay un Smart TV de pantalla plana de 42 "recientemente agregado con satélite en la sala de estar, Wifi gratuito, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, cocina bien equipada, lavadora / secadora, aire acondicionado de ventana y teléfono. Y asegúrese de disfrutar del área cubierta del porche delantero con sus mecedoras para disfrutar del tranquilo entorno arbolado.

Everything was beautiful and cozy. The only thing was we brought all our food and coffee but they didn't have a coffee pot, only a kuerig. Well it has one now! 😊 we would love to come back to this property and it will go in our favorites.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin is quite cozy and is as described in listing. Upstairs mattress could be updated due to a sloping effect. Also the silverware is not a full set to serve 4. Overall stay was amazing. Hot tub wasn’t working upon arrival but was fixed in a timely matter and was extremely hot. Was also given late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

property was tiny. And not clean at all. This cabin is not creekside. paid way too much for this cabin.

We are sorry for your less than satisfactory stay. Laurel Mtn cabin is a one bedroom/one bath cabin. I am not sure what you were expecting "size wise"? Almost all guest thoroughly enjoy their stay here and have commented in the past of the cleanliness of the cabin. This cabin is not advertised as creekside but does have public river access at the entrance of the community, just a short hike from the cabin. super cute cozy cabin

we enjoyed our stay - would stay here again - bring comfy outdoor chairs for porch the chairs on porch are beautiful handmade bentwood but super uncomfortable - also be sure to take all basic cooking spices oil etc (even salt pepper sugar etc) and toilet paper (1 roll provided) - the cabin is really close to a river with parking area but the climb back up to cabin not doable for me just for the extreme steepness not distance - this cabin is in a neighborhood- a cute one and no one was too close for privacy - it would be appropriate for parents and 1-2 children but too small for 2 couples Imo

With great river access and parking, our guests have options to travel on foot or by car to the river. Many times food, flour, sugar cannot be left in vacation rentals, as it attracts unwanted pest. House keeping should be fired.

Nice cabin but couldn't use the fireplace and had to clean the cabin as soon as we got there,cobwebs

Cute but smelly

Cute rustic cabin, but it smelled and needed cleaning. The kitchen is right beside the bathroom, which personally grossed me out. There is really no yard and the house is right beside the road. We did enjoy the hot tub, and the nearby lake.

We have high cleanliness standards and would have liked the opportunity to correct any cleanliness issues on check in but the location of bathroom is just part of the way the cabin was built. Small rustic cabin

Small and rustic as advertised. Hot tub was great! Love that it was dog friendly! Location was great, we enjoyed hiking to the waterfalls. Neighbors were super nice. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived, very nice touch! Only thing that was difficult for us was the amount of fragile nicknacks/decor. It made the cabin seem very authentic, however, we had kids and a dog with a big happy tail and we don't pack light - musical instruments, etc. so it was a little bit of stress worrying that something was going to be broken (we actually did knock over something that broke- we reported it and everything was taken care of so that was good). Would definitely stay there again!
