Main floor has open concept living room, breakfast area, and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally there are 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, bunk bed) and 1 full bathroom. Every bedroom has a chest and a closet.

Ground floor has a family room with an office and walk out to a patio and a back yard. Plus 1/2 bathroom and an access to the laundry room with plenty of closets.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house with exception to an owner's closet and garage.

You have access to your own private washer and dryer; vacuum cleaner, iron with an iron board are included; dedicated driveway parking spot for 1 car plus additional street parking.
