Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This home is just 3 minutes from Fwy 101 west and Indian School, with I-10 in just 2 minutes,is near Westgate, the Arizona Cardinals stadium (2 Mi), and many of Phoenix's most popular and trendy cafes and restaurants. Short drive to downtown Phoenix (10 miles), and Old Town Scottsdale (20 miles), also 13 Miles from NASCAR Raceway.

Just please be mindful about the noise time period.

We take all your suggestions very seriously and we really do our best to give you a feeling of security. We will continue working to make our house a safe place for you to spend a good time away from home..

Our neighborhood is familiar and as unfortunately we can not control the crime rate in the state., but if we can say that our area is very quiet, a bad night can not qualify the rest., I hope and give you the opportunity as some of our guests have already done and have had a good experience.

As hosts we do our best to provide excellent service, and we take all the comments from our guests to improve our services and nothing goes unnoticed, so action is taken immediately

You have the whole house to enjoy except a closet in the middle of the hall and the storage on the carport.

Other things to note
The house is great the yard is ready to enjoy a carne asada relax enjoy your gate away and refresh.

We add some usb port outlet and a type C on the bedrooms.
We have a security camera on the front and does record., but no to be bugging our guest.
And the front lock does have a camera as well.Please keep in mind that we are in the West Phoenix area, not a private gate community and a mix culture neighborhood. Still very safe area.
