Winter Access Requirements: Please be aware that accessing our property during winter months requires specific preparations due to snowy and icy conditions. To ensure a safe and comfortable journey, please note the following requirements: Four-Wheel Drive Vehicle: A four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle is necessary to navigate the mountainous terrain and potential snow-covered roads leading to our property. 4WD improves safety and maneuverability in winter weather conditions. Snow Tires: Equipping your vehicle with proper snow tires is essential for enhanced traction on snowy and icy surfaces, reducing the risk of skidding or getting stuck. Snow Chains: We recommend carrying snow chains for your vehicle. Extreme weather situations may require their use, ensuring maximum safety and traction. Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in difficult access or the risk of getting stuck. In the event of a vehicle becoming stuck and requiring a tow truck for assistance, please be aware that the cost of towing services to get unstuck may amount to up to $350.
