Tahoe Luxury Cabin - Hot Tub, Pool Table, Sleeps 9

This three bedroom/two bath with a loft Lake Tahoe luxury vacation rental home has been so extensively remodeled it is like new on both the inside and outside. The luxury vacation rental is located in Agate Bay (between Tahoe Vista and Carnelian Bay on the north shore of Lake Tahoe) and features new wide plank wood flooring, custom hickory kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances, corner rock fireplace, two decks with nice patio furniture, 6 person hot tub, and a pool table located in the loft. The sky lights and wood work give the luxury vacation home a bright feel.

In the winter, the vacation home is centrally located to Northstar California, Diamond Peak, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

My family of 6 and I had an incredible time during our Tahoe stay. The house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. House was right in between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Ten minute drive each way. Perfect location. Hot tub is amazing.

Great home, well stocked and clean.

I wanted to take a short trip with my children and their significant others. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay. Very peaceful and the hot tub was great!

Perfect location, cozy cabin

The space was perfect for our 3 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved playing all of the board games, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The house is incredibly well stocked in the kitchen / bathrooms, the beds with comfy, etc. We couldn't ask for a better location for skiing at both Northstar and Palisades. The communication with the host was fantastic too. We hope to return again!

We stayed two nights. The hot tub was a surprise big hit for the 5- and 9-year-old kids who loved the lake but wanted to warm up after. Amenities as listed. Lovely neighborhood. Would love to stay here again!

Loved this cabin. We rent different cabins each winter to enjoy with our family of 4. Close to northstar and Palisades. Lots of amenities and very clean. Lots of board games for the kids! We would stay here again

Bliss!

This property is amazing. Tucked away enough for peaceful nights but close enough to everything you want in Lake Tahoe. Well appointed with too many features to count. High end finishes throughout including heated floors in the bathrooms! Hot tub is large and was especially welcome after a long day skiing. Property managers at Agate Bay were super responsive and easy to work with. We will be staying here again!

The house was very clean and organized, the kitchen well stocked. I appreciated the labels on the light switches because there were so many of them; I found this to be super helpful and removed the guesswork. I appreciated the online staybook and referred to it often. The property manager was very communicative from the time the reservation was made and up through checking out. Highly recommend!

Family getaway

This property was exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. It is an unbelievable, beautifully maintained house that feels like “home sweet home”. You will not be disappointed!!! The jacuzzi is a definite plus and very clean. The house was fully stocked with anything you could think of except for food. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there in the near future!!!

Tahoe vacation

We had a great stay. I’ve been to Tahoe many times but never stayed in Carnelian Bay. The location is great. We walked to the beach. Hiked the trail behind the neighborhood. Standup paddle boarded and had breakfast at the Tahoe Watermans Landing. Enjoyed Garwoods. Having all that in the neighborhood was super convenient. A trip to Truckee, Kings Beach and the grocery store also were close. The house had most of what we needed. Cooking was convenient and easy. Luckily we had brought beach towels. I had some issues with the WiFi. I remote into my computer for work and I kept getting kicked out of my remote in software. I ended up using my hotspot instead. The kids didn’t have issues with the wifi watching tv etc. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. We would stay there again.

Very pleasant stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cabin in Lake Tahoe, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the beginning, the communication with the agency was smooth and efficient, which set a positive tone for our trip. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that everything was exactly as described. The cabin was not only charming and cozy but also well-maintained and equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the nearby attractions, yet it provided a peaceful and quiet environment. However, there was a minor downside. We found the couch not as comfortable as we had hoped. While this didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, it’s something to note since at the end of the day what we mostly wanted was to relax on the couch while watching some TV. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway in Lake Tahoe.

Pretty nice stay, with minor exception.

This was a pretty nice place to stay for a girls getaway of relaxation with a high school friend. First impressions- the place is large, inviting, and well appointed. It appeared that everything was thought of. The guest instructions were available only by QR code so grab your phone every time you have a question. I did immediately notice that the carpet was rather stained and dingy. Especially on the stairs to the second floor and near the sliding glass door to the deck in the first floor bedroom. So much so that I didn’t walk around without shoes or slippers. Everything else was really clean so this was surprising. Within 30 minutes of arrival we looked to get into the hot tub. We specifically chose to get a place with a hot tub because I have a back issue and after the drive I needed a soak. That key was nowhere to be found. We searched, checked all instructions that said it was in one of two places which it wasn’t. I proceeded to call, text and email the agency with no response. I even called the emergency line. I was livid! It really killed the mood of the first night. Then, We turned on the fireplace by following instructions and it failed to ignite for an hour. Not sure why. It worked after. The next day I drove to the rental office to get another hot tub key. I received a gift certificate to a local restaurant to compensate for the inconvenience. Not a great exchange- but the food at Lanza’s was excellent! Otherwise, everything was clean working available.

Thank you for the feedback. We are truly sorry that you were unable to use the hot tub the first night. The person doing the pre-arrival inspection accidentally took the spa key with him when he checked and turned the spa up for you. It was in his pocket and he forgot to hang it back up. We wish we had been able to get it to you sooner and are glad you enjoyed the Lanza’s gift card.
