*New Listing* Welcome to SEA SWEET an Oceanside vacation rental with no stairs to climb, located in the newly built Beacon Quarters community in the popular area of Corolla Light with access to Whalehead Beach.

Get in your steps on one of the most nature filled walks, on your 5-10 min walk, to the beach access, onto the wide expansive Whalehead section of Corolla.

SEA SWEET is fully furnished with high end beach decor and finishes, with an open concept living room / kitchen and vaulted ceilings throughout to provide a spacious feel and room for all.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, and a grand island to seat 6. Grab your morning cup of joe with an easy to use Keurig, relax on the front patio and enjoy the fresh air, cook on your private gas grill, while the family relaxes in the shade of your quiet outdoor terrace, and rinse off after a day at the beach with your private outdoor shower.

2 King bedrooms come with vaulted ceilings, closet, dresser storage and Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 1 has an Ensuite Bathroom with sparkling quartz countertops and a large standup tiled shower. Master Bedroom 2 has a private entry to the 2nd full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and Sparkling Quartz Countertop, this bathroom also provides access from the main living space.

Relax after a long day at the beach in the highly appointed living room, with a large flat screen smart tv with Spectrum Cable. The sofa folds out to a queen bed for your extra guests. High Speed internet/wifi is provided for your family to enjoy.

Private full size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

Upgraded luxury bed linens with beds made, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided.

This home is located in the Beacon Quarters, a cozy community of 2-bedroom, single-level, condos located in the heart of Corolla. It is directly adjacent to the Sound, and a few minutes of driving through the picturesque landscape of Corolla trees and sand will take you straight to the park! Amenities include a community pool with a lift and outdoor shower, 2 volleyball courts, free parking, and is close to public beach access.

House was adorable, clean, comfortable, exactly as described, close to all, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay! Lisa was easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. We'll definitely be back for more beachtime, sailing, wild horses, lighthouses, and great seafood!

We had a great time. The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The walk to the beach was a bit more than we could handle with young kids and beach toys, but the drive was easy and ample parking. Would stay again!

There is a front and back to the rental units. Once we figured it out, it was no problem settling in. It's also a nice walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Summer getaway !

We had the best time in your beautiful place! It was so close to everything. We woke up early for a gorgeous sunrise on the beach- went for a horse tour, enjoyed lots of beach time , enjoyed great food and relaxation! 10 out of 10! We will be back! It was a very nice place and I would stay here again. Was quiet, pool was nice, place was overall clean. Beds were comfortable.Lisa was responsive to any inquiry I had. Reason for 4 stars and not five. Is follows A/C stopped working making place 80 degrees. Not their fault as appliances breakdown especially with the heat that was going on that weekend. The second is dishes provided were still pretty greasy from previous guest's.

Charming Coastal Retreat with a Truly Wonderful Host

This was the perfect spot for my family to rest and recharge for a few days. Nestled in a quiet corner of the Outer Banks, the house was the perfect mix of cozy comfort and coastal charm. Everything was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and so welcoming—it felt like a true home away from home. The beach was just a short stroll away—ideal for long walks, seashell hunting, or simply lounging with a book. Corolla itself is a gem. We explored the lighthouse, saw the wild horses (magical!), and checked out some cute local shops and restaurants.Lisa was wonderful to deal with. From the moment we booked, she was kind, responsive, and genuinely wanted us to have the best stay possible. It made the whole experience feel even more personal and stress-free.

Good Location but…

Everything from the location and amenities seem promising online. However after check-in we ran into some issues with the accommodations. Some things that were missing/questionable such as: - No seasonings like salt and pepper (when listed with spices)- Dishware and utensils were either slightly dirty or rusty- No dish soap and hand soap refill (there were multiple empty bottles underneath the sink) - Fridge had fragile shelving when grabbing items - Not enough towels when reserved for 6 guests- The sofa bed was dirty when pulled out (we had to vacuum the bed to remove some specks of dirt) and with no extra pillows or blankets Good Points - Beach access was a 5-7min walk- There were beach chairs on our patio, that we were happy to use - Enough parking- Board Games available - Harris Teeter was a 10mins drive

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was functional and we had all the necessary kitchen items and tools as we mostly prepared our own meals. The condo was close to a Harris Teeter and Food Lion. We also appreciated how close it was to the beach! We would definitely recommend this property and book it again! The property owner, Lisa, checked in several days before the trip and during our stay! She was very responsive. We had no issues. Please note that the B unit which we stayed in is behind the A unit. You just take the walkway towards the back.

Slice of heaven

We had a fantastic time in the OBX. We come at least once a year, usually twice. We always stay in Corolla light, but not always in the same house. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. There wasn’t anything we wanted but couldn’t find. It was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. But even though it’s located right next to Corolla light, it is not part of the resort. That was initially disappointing but in the end it didn’t matter at all. The pool at our place stayed upen later in the year than Corolla light. I would highly recommend this place
