Log cabin with upper balcony, lower patio outdoor living space and a 2 slip private dock all overlooking the water. This home is on the Pend Oreille river, 15 minutes from Sandpoint. Premises include 2 slip dock, beautiful landscaped yard, fire pit and hot tub. The pictures do not do it justice. Year round activities include: hiking, dining, swimming, shopping, boating, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking. Silverwood, Schweitzer Mountain, Coeur D Alene are all nearby.

I try to be flexible on booking rates, depending on the dates, and group size. THIS HOME REQUIRES 30 DAY OR MORE CANCEL NOTICE FOR ANY SUMMER DATES. If notice is under 30 days, you will not receive a refund. We Will Try To Accommodate Your Dates And Partial Weeks If It Works . This waterfront home has a flat lawn and is perfect for family vacations, family reunions. Enjoy the river views, play cornhole, bbq on the traeger, weber gas grill or blackstone, or take a nap in a hammock beside the water. Smart TVs and wifi equipped.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about this cabin was exactly what we were hoping for! The amenities kept the family busy, the dock was perfect for the boat, there is a boat launch about 5-10 minutes away, and overall just had a great time. We will be coming back for sure! 😊

Sandpoint Cabin

Awesome location on Pend Oreille with lots of water toys to enjoy the water - kayaks & SUP. Far enough away from town so you weren’t distracted yet close enough to grab dinner at a brew pub or coffee at a coffee shop. Quiet, clean and relaxing!

Summer time heaven

The property was even better than advertised! We stayed for five nights and six days, and it went entirely too quickly! The property owner was extremely kind and helpful! The neighbors were just as kind! We will do this again!

Beautiful & Cozy

Our family really enjoyed our trip to Idaho while staying in this cabin. Neighbors were friendly and the water view was amazing. A thunder storm came through on and off a couple days and having the hot tub to stay warm and watch the storm was perfect. Cabin was clean and organized. Plenty of games for the kids to play and was very nice having use of the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely stay here again if we have another Idaho trip.

Great family getaway

The place was immaculate, minus some basic wear and tear issues, but they didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We stayed for nine days and had a very good time. The location is absolutely fantastic and my dad, my boys, and I enjoyed fishing right off of the private dock. Breakfasts on the deck using the Blackstone created some great memories for our kids. We took rides in the evening for wildlife and saw plenty of deer, lots of turkey, a couple moose and even a black bear. There were kayaks and a canoe that my kids enjoyed. It was a little early in the summer, the beginning of June, so if youre wanting to swim, you'll want a latet set of dates. Looking forward to a return visit. The only thing that I would reccomend, is that if you have a toddler, bring a baby gate or two.

Beautiful property

We booked this home for the weekend for our daughter's 18th birthday. It was GREAT! Plenty of room for everyone, house was clean and cozy, hot tub was awesome and the view was amazing! The hosts were great! Would definately recommend to anyone wanting to rent something on the water.

The property was amazing, flat out! Beautifully designed, well thought out amenities, a perfect vacation rental for my entire family. Would stay again, and would recommend!! Host was great and very responsive as well.

Great family Lake House

The home was better than the pictures. There were lots of rooms to choose from and the house had everything you need including BBQ, Hot Tub, Lake Toys and more. The best part about this lake house stay was the outdoor spaces. Lots of seating, 2 firepits, hammocks, kayaks, canoe, giant floaty, lots of beach towels and the water temperature was amazingly warm!!! Neighbors were super friendly and our host was very nice and responsive. It is 30 minutes from Silverwood and 15 min from Sandpoint where there are lots of food options. This is a must for anyone wishing for a FUN summer get-a-way on the lake. We will be back. Thank you for everything.
