Tucked away on 55 private mountainside acres, this beautiful NEW luxury cabin offers the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway, family gathering, romantic escape, corporate retreat, or adventure-filled weekend with friends.

Enjoy your own private world surrounded by nature, with a spring-fed pond, catch-and-release fishing, waterfall, hiking and ATV trails, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a 6-person hot tub. Relax on the spacious private porches while taking in the peaceful countryside and beautiful one-acre Spring water pond with color-changing fountains.

And yet, you’re only minutes from Leiper’s Fork, Franklin, Spring Hill, and Columbia, making it easy to enjoy Middle Tennessee’s restaurants, shopping, music, wineries, and attractions before returning to your secluded retreat.

🏡 THE CABIN

This spacious, newly built cabin features beautiful wood construction inside and out, an open-concept layout, and plenty of room for everyone to gather.

Sleeping accommodations:

* 🛏️ 2 Queen beds
* 🛏️ Twin trundle daybed with 2 twin beds
* Accommodates up to 10 overnight guests

The large master bedroom features a king bed, two queen beds, a 55” Roku TV, Bowflex elliptical, and weight bands. The attached bathroom includes a beautiful antique claw-foot tub and large tiled shower.

The second bedroom features another king bed and its own attached bathroom with a tub/tile shower combination.

The spacious great room is the heart of the cabin, with a fully equipped kitchen, bar seating, dining area, large sectional sofa, and a 62” Roku TV. You’ll also find the twin trundle daybed here, making it a great space for families.

Wander the 55 acres of mountainside trails, hike through the woods, discover the slow-flow waterfall, or spend the afternoon beside the spring-fed pond.

The cabin includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, Netflix and other streaming options, a DVD player, Xbox, and plenty of board games for relaxing evenings together.

There’s also a dedicated laundry room and workout equipment so you can stay comfortable and active during your stay.

DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart deliver to the cabin, so you can enjoy the peace and privacy of the property without having to leave for dinner or groceries.

One of the best things about this retreat is the location.

You’re surrounded by beautiful Tennessee countryside, yet you’re just minutes from:

Spend the day exploring Middle Tennessee, then return to your private cabin for a soak in the hot tub, an evening around the fire, or a peaceful night on the porch.

🔐 PRIVACY & GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the cabin and entire surrounding property, including the creek, mountain ATV/hiking trails, pond, volleyball court, and outdoor recreation areas.

The cabin is privately situated. We live 1000 feet up the driveway and are not visible from the cabin or pond.

The attached garage is not accessible to guests.

💧 A NOTE ABOUT THE NATURAL SPRING

The cabin and pond are powered by our natural spring. Because of the spring and water pump system, guests may occasionally hear the water flow/pump in the second bedroom while water is being used.

For added comfort, we’ve provided a spa sound machine with several relaxing sound settings to help create a peaceful night’s sleep.

🎉 SMALL EVENTS & GROUP GATHERINGS

The spacious cabin is a wonderful setting for family gatherings, friend getaways, corporate retreats, church retreats, romantic escapes, and small celebrations.

Small events are permitted with advance approval only, and additional fees apply. Additionally, the number of guests on the booking must match the number of guests that will be on the property at any given time. Please let me know if you will be having any visitors.

🌙 EXTENDED STAYS & SELECT ONE-NIGHT STAYS

Extended stays are welcome and can be perfect for guests looking for a longer countryside escape.

Select one-night stays may also be available on limited dates, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the pond, kayaking, fishing, trails, hot tub, and everything else the property has to offer.
