The house was very clean and had plenty of space if you are traveling with teenagers. We also liked its proximity to everything on the Cape. The house does lack New England charm as it’s a bit quirky with mirrored ceilings and carpet on the walls.

We had a great stay with a few minor hiccups that the host was able to remedy, quick and efficiently. I did provide some feedback on some improvements for the home and backyard amenities. I did also encourage the homeowner to add some level of privacy for the second bedroom with the pocket glass French doors. There was no screen or curtains to create privacy for those who stayed there or block out the morning sun.Overall was a wonderful spot close to lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery, gas, and other stores. Very close to our beach location and family, and made an ideal starting point for nighttime entertainment at the putt putt, go karts, and restaurants! It’s important to know that the outdoor shower does not have hot water, and there is no grill. There is a wonderful fire pit which we enjoyed one evening. There are lots of beach toys, chairs, and other items in the garage, but recommended that you come with as much of your own as possible. The air conditioning works so great in most areas of the home that we had to turn it down or off in the evenings as it was getting very cool at night so that was a wonderful treat!
Backyard was large and enjoyed breakfast and evening cocktails every day!

Plenty of room to be together or apart

Good amount of space to separate from your teenager, if needed. Good location close to many attractions. Wale watch from Barnstable was great

SO fabulous

The house and the property are amazing. It is stocked with all the amenities that you would get in a hotel! Everything was so fancy, down to the towel displays. There was pump shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower, towels for the beach and all kinds of personal towels, and it was all new and immaculate. The beds were cozy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. Six adults stayed there with plenty of room. The pantry has all the extra supplies you would need and have at home. The backyard is beautiful and we spent a bunch of time sitting out there. It was so much nicer than a hotel because we were all able to be together. We played games at the kitchen table and were all able to watch movies together at night. It is a great location! We spent the day shopping and eating in Hyannis, we spent two days eating and having a ball in Yarmouth. The restaurants are delicious and we even went to the Pirate Museum- it was better than I could have imagined! We ended with taffy and were on our way. When I had questions - the host got back to me immediately. We felt very safe. Oh - and the air conditioning was perfect! Thank you - will stay here again next year!
