We had a wonderful stay; the place was very clean, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, etc. Communication with the owner was excellent and easy. Definitely recommended; my girls really enjoyed it, as well as the activities in the surrounding area.

My family had a wonderful long weekend at this quaint and comfortable cottage. The location was perfect for heading to the beach for the day, going to the water park right across the street, or just relaxing on a cozy deck with plenty of room! Great location if you want to go to Cuffy’s and get candy by the pound or some great clothes. We have already talked about wanting to spend a full week at the cottage next summer!

The property was perfect for the one night stay we needed. It was clean and rather comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach as well as many close activities. When I did reach out to the owner I always received a helpful response in a timely manner. Although we weren’t able to stay long we enjoyed staying in this cottage on our trip to the Cape.

I probably would not stay at the VRBO in the future. It was very small for 3 people and a child.Negatives: The main room (kitchen, living room space) was very very small. The image on-line was misleading. Really no room for more than 2 people to eat. We did evening take out on the rear patio but was lucky the weather was nice. There would be a big problem in inclement weather. Breakfast which we made on site was a juggling act to eat.The bathroom door didn't lock. It had a very very old type door lock.Bath towels were smallPositives:Very cleanWell stocked kitchenGreat wi-fiSmall but adequate bedrooms (two)AC worked fineKitchen appliances worked wellNice Kurek Coffee makerConvenient to beaches, restaurantsQuiet at night for sleepingMy bottom line: Nice cottage for no more than 2 adults and a kid if you plan on doing lots of things out of the cottage.

We’re sorry the size of the cottage did not meet your expectations. As reflected in our listing and photos, this is a smaller, cozy two-bedroom cottage, intended to be a comfortable home base for guests enjoying the many beaches, restaurants, and attractions nearby, with a patio providing additional outdoor space when weather permits. We understand that the amount of indoor living space may not be ideal for every group, but we were disappointed to see a 6/10 rating primarily based on the size, particularly since the size and layout are clearly represented in the listing and photos. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you otherwise enjoyed many aspects of your stay. We wish you all the best on your future travels!

Cute little cottage. Clean and pull out couch was very comfy! Great stay for a small group. Perfect location near a lot of very nice beaches. Would recommend Gray’s beach for sunset, parking is free!
