Maui Sunset #A-320 is a third floor 2 bed 2 bath unit with gorgeous ocean views. It is situated at the front of the complex and has an extra-large lanai as well as a fully equipped expanded kitchen with new appliances (2025), washer and dryer, window unit AC in both bedrooms as well as the living room, ceiling fans throughout, and new carpet in both bedrooms (2025). In addition this unit provides complimentary wifi. Maui Sunset #A-320 provides a queen-sized bed and a window unit A/C in the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides twin beds and A/C, and the convenient second bathroom includes a shower. The tastefully appointed living room is equipped with a flat screen TV. For outdoor enjoyment, Maui Sunset #A-320 supplies beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Maui Sunset is a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei that has lush tropical landscaping, large pool which is heated during the winter months, hot tub, gas grills, workout room, and tennis courts out on the beach for your use. Guests return here year after year which says a lot about this property. Windsurf, whale watch, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great experience at this property. The condo is located near the heart of Kihei, close to many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The property itself has many amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and right on the beach. We would love the opportunity to stay again in the future. Definitely recommend

Self check in was easy. There are enough dishes and utensils to use for four people before the dish washer gets full.Beach chairs were great and beach umbrella rentals from the pool area for 30 USD for a week were a great deal.The pool was serviced every morning by a pool company and once a week there was larger maintainable in the pool and hot tub.The AC in the bed rooms was sufficient to cool the apartment in August. We didn’t use the AC unit in the living room, 1st ) it didn’t work but also it would have produce some undesired noise when sitting on the balcony and enjoying breakfast or dinner .In overall a great stay and I can highly recommend this apartment

condo review

I chose this property for the location. The view was perfect! Property manager was on it when it came to helping us out. Over all the place was very dated. Bedding and furniture were dingy. The bedroom door had not been put on correctly so it kept coming off. We had to have the bathroom shower faucet replaced because it was broken. For the price I was really hoping for something more.

Great location, great stay

When we first arrived at the condo, the floors were dirty and my toddler’s feet were black on the bottom after 1 hour walking around. The next day I contacted the owner and they had a cleaning crew come out right away. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and we did not have any other issues during our 2 week stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained and a great location for single travelers and families alike. Our family enjoyed the large pool. The condo was spacious and inviting, description and photos are accurate in the listing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I spent 8 days here in September and this condo was an awesome choice. The third floor view was amazing. Every evening we had breathtaking views of the sunset. The easy walk to the ocean was always rewarding including several sea turtles swimming right near us. The kitchen was laid out nicely with just about everything one would need on vacation. The beds were comfortable and the showers felt so good at the end of the day. There is a washer and dryer which we used the day before we left which made life easier when we got home again. We ate dinner on the balcony on the nights we didn’t go out and it made for a nice time. The only con that I would point out is that the balcony gets pretty dirty from the winds. We didn’t realize there was a broom and mop next to the washer/dryer until the night before we left otherwise we would have mopped it. All in all this is a really nice place to stay and would highly recommend.

Great Family vacation

The unit was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and pretty much as described. The view from the balcony was something I was loved waking up to each morning. And a great for sunsets too! Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The second bedroom with the two twins was a little tight on space but they were only in there to sleep so not that big of an issue. It did get a little hot in that room bc air conditioning unit is on a timer and shuts off automatically. I couldn’t figure out how to change that. The only thing I wish was better explained was the beach situation. Yes, there is a beach in front of the property but not one that you can set up chairs on. At least not when we were there. When the tide comes in, there is almost no sand to even walk on. I don’t think I ever saw anyone in the water in front of the condo during our entire stay. There are many beautiful nearby beaches so it wasn’t a huge deal but was a little disappointing. We enjoyed playing shuffle board and using the putting green in the evenings. And the multiple barbecue pits available made it so easy, no waiting for one to free up. This area is a lot more low key than other areas, which I like. So if you are looking for a little more quiet and more local experience then this is your place!

Our unit had an awesome view. It was a little dated and worn down but adequate. The beds weren’t comfortable for us. It would have been nice to have a mop as the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived. Also a couple boogie boards and more games would be a nice touch. We seemed to be technologically challenged with the tv and remote. But didn’t use it very often. With that said, I would still stay in the unit again as the location was perfect. Mahalo!!
