Este condominio se ha actualizado recientemente con mucha más cambios por venir! Pintura fresca en un hermoso tono azul en toda la unidad, muebles nuevos de la sala de estar que incluyen un cómodo sofá que se convierte en un sofá cama y 2 sillones cómodos, solo siéntese y disfrute la vista desde el balcón frente a la playa o vea una película en El nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 50 ". Un colchón nuevo en el dormitorio principal es perfecto para un buen descanso nocturno, y el acceso al balcón privado frente a la playa desde el dormitorio principal es una ventaja adicional. La habitación de huéspedes cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales con acceso al baño de visitas, el espacio adicional en la habitación con literas adicionales es el espacio ideal para que los más pequeños tengan su propia habitación. Los nuevos muebles de patio a la altura de la barra brindan una vista fantástica de la hermosa playa de arenas blancas, que se encuentra a solo unos pasos del condominio, también hay un refrigerador nuevo en la cocina totalmente equipada, también hay una lavandería muy amplia con un tamaño completo lavadora y secadora. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con televisores de alta definición de pantalla plana. Este es un condominio al que querrá volver año tras año.

Condo is nice and in good location. Room has all we needed and was really nice…we had no complaints about anything..super nice condo in good location…i would rent here again and probably will..people with the condo were easily available and was available quickly as needed..

Great location

We loved the beach. The unit was nicely decorated with a large porch. The kitchen and baths are pretty dated. The master bed and bathrooms were a good size. Be warned that the bed is really soft. The bedroom with bunks is closet sized (no room for a suitcase) but the beds were comfy and there was a small dresser and TV. The kitchen was clean, but the two showers were not. Management was quick to respond to this situation. We appreciated the personal delivery of an important package to our condo.

Amazing vacation property

We are a family of 6 and it can be difficult to find vacation properties that comfortably fit our entire family. This property definitely fit the bill. We had stayed at another unit in Gulf Dunes last year so we had an idea of what to expect and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness was good, two minor complaints was some of the dishes had some food still stuck on and we found a sock under a bed that was not ours. Everything else seemed clean and fresh. The garbage shoot on each floor by the elevators was convenient for bringing the trash out and there was a broom/dustpan and vacuum to tidy while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat during our stay. They had plenty of bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths. A minor complaint/recommendation for the management. Monitor the beach chairs better. There were many groups who took more than the 2 allotted beach chairs and several days we were not able to get chairs on the beach as they were ‘reserved’ by 9am, and spent much of the day with a towel sitting on them with no people around. Included were 2 rolls of paper towel, 2 packets of dishwasher powder, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Recommendations on things to bring: extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, hand soap, spray cleaner and/or Lysol wipes. Salt/pepper/condiments/spices you will need. They had lots of extra coffee filters in the unit.

Great for families!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with all the basic supplies. Maintenance was quick to respond to the chirping smoke detector and internet calls. We were given a new router within a couple hours after it couldn’t be resolved. We loved being right on the beach and having the beach service was so nice! The pool isn’t huge but was great for the kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. 7 of us slept comfortably in the condo. We’d 100% recommend this condo and will be back again next year!

Loved that the chairs and umbrella was included. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchenware and everything worked. The furniture was very nice and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us to use drawers and closets with space leftover. The master shower and king mattress could use an update. The mattress wasn’t horrible, just not as firm as I have at home. Parking was close and always easy to find a spot. Close to Publix for groceries. We chose to eat in Destin every night but there are places close as well! We would definitely stay here again! We were happy with this condo!!

Awesome!!

The condo is just as described. The condo was spotless and was decorated very beachy (just what I was looking for)! The only thing I would change is to put blackout curtains in the guest bedroom and bunk room to block out the lights from the walk way. We took advantage of the Dolphin Cruise, and it was a blast! Next time I'll be going snorkeling too. It was a wonderful trip! Thank you🏖️

The only issue we had regarding ammenities was that we were unaware we needed to bring our own kitchen towels, wash rags and hot pads. That was not included in the “what to bring” info. Our unit was not supplied with those items. Overall, unit was very clean as was the entire complex. Heated pool was wonderful since Mother Nature didn’t fully cooperate during our stay.
