Welcome to 7 Summers! You will be welcomed by these beautiful, newly built villas! The house has a gorgeous deck with adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whatever fits your fancy! Walk in to the living room with a pullout couch, smart tv and a speaker end table so you can play your favorite jams while hanging with your family and friends!
The Kitchen has everything you'll need while on your stay!
The king bedroom has a memory foam mattress and has an attached bathroom!
Linens, towels, soaps all provided! Enjoy streaming your favorite tvs shows and movies on our smart TV!
The second bedroom also has a memory foam queen mattress with attached bathroom and smart TV!
Enjoy time outside on the porch, or grill out under the house!
Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach!
Head on over to the community pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) , jungle gym, observation tower to take in the amazing sunrises, sunsets, or enjoy the views of the ocean!

Simple and beautiful! Our host were easy to communicate with. We had no issues and enjoyed the games provided, walks to beach and pools, and leisurely evenings on patio or deck!!!

It was a beautiful beach house that was conveniently located to the beach, local store and the Galveston ferry! We had a relaxing stay and Chelsey was a gracious host!

Perfect for weekend stay

Neighborhood was quiet. The beach was not crowded and lower density than actually in Crystall Beach. Definitely need to be able to climb stairs but it was a nice place.

Overall, we loved our stay here. It is a good location, though personally I would not walk to the beach because of the distance and having to cross the main road (especially with small children). We got a beach pass from The Big Store for our car and were able to drive and park on the beach, so it was perfect. We did have to communicate with the host regarding the WiFi not connecting to the TVs and Chelsey was very quick at responding and we were able to resolve that issue, even though were were still not able to connect the WiFi to our devices because the password would not work, but we made do.

Relaxing

Cozy open space and clean house with all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. The beds were comfortable with the firmness we like. Towels nice and thick. Loved how large the bathrooms were. TVs in the rooms with a clear picture. We will stay here again on our next trip. Close to the beach with an easy drive across the road. It rained most the trip so not sure about the pool.

Summer Vacation

Area is away from everything and not many people around. The day we arrive we had pluming issues but the owner was on it and found someone to come out on July 4th. It could be a little cleaner, lot of dander and dust under beds and other furniture. There were bugs and the owner said it had been sprayed the day we came in just hasn’t had time to work yet. Other than that it was ok and not far at all from beach. Very quiet neighborhood and pretty much all new builds.

Lovely stay

The accommodations were very nice, we were pleased with the location, the pool, and the seclusion. We did have some items that needed attention though. There were so many mosquitoes it was unbearable to be outside and enjoy the deck or downstairs. The AC vent was super dusty, the main bathroom tub was clogged. The main toilet has blood in the bottom of the bowl. Not enough trash bags were left for the amount of days we stayed. The wall by the trashcan was damaged from previous visitors. And the main bedroom could use a better mattress I didn't sleep that great on that bed . But other than that it was a great stay.

Everything was great except the roaches

Upon arrival the code we were given for entry did not work. It took 30 minutes to reach a solution and get inside. The decor was very nice but we very quickly noticed an abundance of roaches. While cooking breakfast our first morning there, several attempted to access the food on the counter. We bought several roach traps for the remainder of our stay. We even discovered some stowaways in our bags when we got home! The pots and pans have all seen better days, very scratched up and caused everything we tried to make to stick. We would have enjoyed our stay much more if not for the roaches. They really made the experience unpleasant.

This house is like what you see in the pictures .. a square house.. we arrived late like ten and the floors were dirty not swept .. we swept the house.. in a little house like that it took no time .. rubber bands ,cookies,hair , dead roaches and big dirt piles.. pee around the floors of the toilets and on the back part of seats where the screws were … Once we moved the trash can live roaches came a running !!! Dead roaches in the cabinets too!!! This house for us was a disappointment .. make sure you put the trash can outside… and I really wish I could post the pictures ..
