Welcome to 7 Summers! You will be welcomed by these beautiful, newly built villas! The house has a gorgeous deck with adirondack chairs to look out to the gulf or the canal, whatever fits your fancy! Walk in to the living room with a pullout couch, smart tv and a speaker end table so you can play your favorite jams while hanging with your family and friends!
The Kitchen has everything you'll need while on your stay!
The king bedroom has a memory foam mattress and has an attached bathroom!
Linens, towels, soaps all provided! Enjoy streaming your favorite tvs shows and movies on our smart TV!
The second bedroom also has a memory foam queen mattress with attached bathroom and smart TV!
Enjoy time outside on the porch, or grill out under the house!
Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach!
Head on over to the community pool (pool is operable between March 1-October 31) , jungle gym, observation tower to take in the amazing sunrises, sunsets, or enjoy the views of the ocean!
Enjoy the communal fire pit as well!

Loved the house! It was very clean and well appointed. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean except floors where gritty. Kitchen had everything but a can opener. No battery in remote for TV. Couch was not comfortable and the end leaned. Bed was comfortable and the ac worked great. Setting would not accommodate 6 people. All and all nice cute place. We had a blast.

Lovely condo, great communication with host who was great about adding an extra night at the last minute. ReallyConvenient location for birding on the peninsula and at high island. Highly recommend.

It's a little further from the beach area than I wanted to be. Everyone I was with stayed near the Big Store. So, I had to driver extra 10 or 15 minutes. Other than that, everything was GREAT! Clean nice and they are pet friendly.

Stayed here to bird High Island. Very close to all the Audubon sanctuaries and good seabird spots.

We had a great time. The pool was very close, the beach a short walk. Perfect size for our family. Would definitely stay here again, when were back in the area.

It was a beautiful beach house that was conveniently located to the beach, local store and the Galveston ferry! We had a relaxing stay and Chelsey was a gracious host!

Simple and beautiful! Our host were easy to communicate with. We had no issues and enjoyed the games provided, walks to beach and pools, and leisurely evenings on patio or deck!!!

Perfect for weekend stay

Neighborhood was quiet. The beach was not crowded and lower density than actually in Crystall Beach. Definitely need to be able to climb stairs but it was a nice place.

Relaxing

Cozy open space and clean house with all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. The beds were comfortable with the firmness we like. Towels nice and thick. Loved how large the bathrooms were. TVs in the rooms with a clear picture. We will stay here again on our next trip. Close to the beach with an easy drive across the road. It rained most the trip so not sure about the pool.

Overall, we loved our stay here. It is a good location, though personally I would not walk to the beach because of the distance and having to cross the main road (especially with small children). We got a beach pass from The Big Store for our car and were able to drive and park on the beach, so it was perfect. We did have to communicate with the host regarding the WiFi not connecting to the TVs and Chelsey was very quick at responding and we were able to resolve that issue, even though were were still not able to connect the WiFi to our devices because the password would not work, but we made do.
