This super spacious home features three large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, plus two sofabeds. Includes two king beds! Perfect for a family or a traveling executive who is in search of a luxury home. Lots of amenities are included!
The space
This newly remodeled home is quite large. Everything is new, including all of the furniture, the linens, and the wood flooring / carpet.
The main floor includes a large living room with 55" TV and piano, one sofa with reclining seats, and two luxurious leather reclining chairs. There is also a sitting room with a fireplace, a sofabed, and a comfy reclining chair. In the sitting room, there is a fully stocked bookshelf. Feel free to take a book with you that you didn't have time to finish during your stay!
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and microwave plus a Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods. It is fully stocked with quality silverware and dinnerware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
There is an office on the main floor with a workspace and a comfy reclining chair, and there is also a bookcase containing lots of cool board games. If you start a game before dinner, you don't have to clear it before serving your meal because there is a table in this room.
The main floor master has a king bed and is connected to a master bathroom which also opens to the main floor hallway.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and a workspace plus large dual closets. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and includes a huge walk-in closet. All bedrooms include luggage racks for your convenience. There is also a large bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub / shower with a new shower head and nice strong water pressure.
The large basement has another living area which contains a large entertainment area, including a large sectional with reclining seats, a 55" TV and a retro Nintendo 64 system with several games! There is also a sofabed in this room.
In another section of the basement, there is a very nice pool table including balls, a rack, and pool cues. There is also a bar with a full-sized fridge and a wet bar.
The laundry room contains two sets of washer/dryers -- one being brand new large capacity appliances.
The large, charming front porch includes two rocking chairs where you can unwind and take in the pleasant neighborhood and people.
The back yard is completely enclosed with a fence. There is a super cute deck with two zero-gravity chairs and a table and pergola above. On the patio below, there is a double swing. There is a basketball court in the back yard as well, with basketball included.
This house has everything you could ever want and more.
Guest access
Feel free to park your car in the large garage. The driveway is also very large and can accommodate large vehicles or ones with a trailer. Street parking is also super easy with plenty of space for large vehicles.
Please don't block the mailbox or the sidewalk.
Other things to note
There are security cameras for your safety and for our security. The doorbell (outdoors) has an integrated camera, and there is another camera outdoors monitoring the back entrance through the sliding patio door. There is also a camera in the garage since my own car is parked there sometimes.
