Este alquiler de vacaciones en Dollar Point es una casa de 3000 pies cuadrados que cuenta con cinco dormitorios y tres baños y puede alojar cómodamente hasta 12 personas. Great place for a large family. The deck was an added bonus. The interior decor was a little dated, but it was comfortable and roomy enough for 12 people. We enjoyed playing games in the family room and eating meals together at the large table. Overall, great location with a view of the lake and close to town and beaches.

Family Christmas in Tahoe

This is a fantastic home for a large family gathering. We had 7 adults and 4 children with plenary of room to spread out. Beds for all and there was one bedroom we never used. Home is a little dated , but felt very cozy and was what we were looking for. Home is well stocked with all the kitchen items needed. Great location and views of the lake. We had a wonderful family reunion for Christmas

Great family vacation spot

Great family vacation spot! We rented this house as an overflow for a larger family reunion. One of our family members is A resident of dollar point, and this house was nearby. We love the house! Large rooms, lots of fun stuff for teens and young adults! The house was clean and well stocked, with the exception of beach towels, surprisingly! We would definitely rent this house again, and would recommend it to anyone interested in hosting a family or two!

Beautiful View

This house is very roomy. It’s dated but we liked that it was comfortable. The deck and the view are incredible. We used it for a family Thanksgiving and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 6 bedrooms so there was plenty of space. The pool table was a lot of fun. We were a bit confused about the access to the beach and pool with the membership cards. There was some old information in a binders at the house, it would be helpful if that was updated. We would definitely stay here again!

Great View, Big Home, But Needs Updates

Just returned from our stay at the Chernes and overall, the home was comfortable. Most of our basic needs were met. The home is big with lots of space to spread out for several families, but it wasn’t in great shape and some amenities and furniture needs updating. The upstairs bed is unbearably firm, most of the pillows are very thin, the bedding is low quality and old, and the upstairs bathroom was musty and creaky. The carpets are stained and dirty, the patio screen door was broken on arrival and the BBQ was a mess. I think they need to leave at least one day between renters to provide the time needed to properly clean the home and do an inspection to ensure its ready and fixed up for the following group. Positives - location and view of lake are great, box fans available in rooms as the house gets HOT in the summer and there is no AC, well stocked kitchen tools for cooking and kids cups and bowls, game tables and game cabinet to keep people busy, roku ready TV, newer couch than in photos to rest on those busy beach days, and though there were issues with the rental, the management company was readily available to answer question by phone. Also, we saw a bear walking down the driveway on our last night! So, be mindful of trash, children, open doors and car windows, but fun to see.

Great Weekend Away!

Our extended family enjoyed a great weekend away in Dollar Point! The house was clean with plenty of rooms and bed options. The common area had a nice large table for dinner and games and a cozy couch area for reading. You have a nice view of the lake from the deck. Just be prepared to make a run to the store for toiletries and paper goods. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation rental!

Great location and perfect home for us. Watching a bear walk down the street from the porch was pretty amazing. Zero complaints but as an fyi the dishwasher probably needs to be replaced. It functions, but does not clean the dishes. We needed to hand wash after each cycle so just gave up. Not a big deal but just so you know. Thx for a great stay!

Big House

Great house for big parties, except HOA limits 8 people for amenities. Creates some conflict. Not a fan of the dumpster and construction materials left on property during a roofing process. Understood that it is necessary maintenance, but still not great for the renter.

I do find it very disturbing however that the HOA now charges a $10 per person daily use fee for the pool and beach for all renters over the age of 5. This fee significantly increases the cost to renters of Dollar Point homes. The HOA apparently initiated these new fees without any input from the Dollar Point property owners or O'Neal Associates.

Family Reunion

Great place for our family reunion. House is comfortable, roomy, has everything you need. The pool table was a big hit. The view from the deck is spectacular. We had a great time. Recommend it!
