Great for a weekend getaway!

Tyler’s place was great for a weekend getaway in Franklin! The place was clean and well stocked with whatever you would need. It was close to Main Street and other amenities, which was very nice!

Was a cozy little stay week with the price. Owners seemed very in tune to making the stay comfortable. Would certainly stay again!

Cozy house in a great location

The house was great, just as listed. Was a cozy place right in the heart of Franklin, not far from the soccer fields where we had a tournament. The house had everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast there. I'd definitely stay here again!

Served the Purpose

We needed to be close to Downtown Franklin, and this property achieved that at a decent price point. It is obviously the owner's primary home, so it is well-stocked, and they share everything. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Aν οverall O.K. experience.

Elizabeth - I’m sorry we weren’t able to earn 5 stars from you. It seems like during your stay (and based on this review) that our home “checked all your boxes”, so I’m bummed that you didn’t feel that we deserved 5 stars. We have a well stocked home, we are close to Franklin, we are in a safe area, and we try our absolute hardest to make our home a wonderful place to stay. We had no negative or constructive feedback from you during your stay or from this review, so would you be willing to message us privately to let us know what we could do to improve in the future? Anything less than 5 stars seriously impacts our ability to get bookings, so if you could let us know the ways in which we could improve, we would really appreciate that.

Wonderful Stay

Very nice property, conveniently located and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the check in process was easy, Tyler was very nice and tried to think ahead of things we might need. The only suggestion I could offer would be to get a more substantial TV stand or to bolt the current one to the wall. The table it’s currently sitting on is very light and it would be really easy for a child to turn it over.
