Please be aware that since the apt is located on one of the city’s busiest avenues, some noise from the hustle and bustle is to be expected. Although we provide earplugs for your comfort, we seek to be transparent with our guests to ensure they make informed choices when staying with us.

Guest Access:
If you need to dispose of the trash, you may leave the bags in the bins on the first floor near the emergency stairs.

On the 9th floor you'll find some stairs to the rooftop where you can access till 8pm so the guest's of the 9th floor can rest. Please keep clean the area and check that you don’t forget anything.

If you need to wash your garments you can find the laundry rooms in the next floors: 2, 3, 5, 6, 8.

Uber and Didi are the best ways to navigate Mexico City's bustling streets. Another option for getting around is by using the Metrobus. However, keep in mind that there are plenty of places in and around the neighborhood that are perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Other Things to Note:
You may not leave your bags in the lobby/reception area.
Due to the superior location of this apartment, you may encounter occasional urban noise. However, we can provide noise-canceling earplugs if requested.
The use of drugs is strictly forbidden.
Please remember not to leave your furry friend alone inside the Kukun and to keep it on a leash in common areas.
If you require extra cleaning, this service has an additional cost which varies by type of apartment: 1BR units are MX$500 2BR units MX$600 and 3BR units are MX$700 including taxes
