Retreat, respite and revive on 40 acres of private property. 4 BR (Sleeps 8), 3.5 baths, Gourmet Kitchen, Starlink wifi, Sonos speakers, 65” TV; 2--TV room & extra downstairs bedroom & leads to hot tub; outdoor swings allow a relaxing visit by the hot tub. Large, family style kitchen. Master bedroom with large patio with full claw-foot bathtub & shower. Or Relax in the indoor swing outside of Master bedroom & read in peace. You are 9.7 miles to downtown Lyons restaurants/stores and 22.4 miles to Estes Park (& Rocky Mountain National Forest). Private oasis to hike, walk, relax, retreat, celebrate, heal, yoga, rock climb, fish, explore, breathe.
No more than 2 vehicles on property please; 1 gate key

Please NOTE- see Gate picture, is locked & you will need to get a KEY from lock box on mailbox before the gate. Gate must be locked and closed behind you. 5-mile drive on gravel up, AWD or 4-WD is necessary around Nov-April. Also please note: No boats or floating devices in reservoir (allowed to fish as friends & family in private reservoir during March-October) or along the rivers along trailhead year-round. Perfect for all levels hiking. Please check SEASONAL property changes & availability. We also strive to keep this unique community safe with all fire mitigation measures and appreciate your care of this property.

House was beautiful and as described. Christy the owner was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. I would say if you are a light sleeper that doesnt like alot light in a room to bring a sleep mask, it would have been nice to have something in the bedrooms as the moon is beautiful but super bright. The master bed is very comfy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Great stay for family vacation

Stunning views, amazing property

We had a wonderful time. Everything you could ask for was in this house, including breathtaking views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and a coffee lovers dream with an espresso maker, two French press and a drip coffee maker. Very comfortable for five adults. The property was perfect whether you just wanted to relax with a glass of wine, enjoying the views or walk trails and explore the great outdoors. Christy, as host, was very accessible to answer questions if needed and supplied information of things to do in the area. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect seclusion!

Christy's place was a perfect getaway for our family of 5. Everything was as pictured/promised. It was a lovely house and location. We loved that you could not see anything except beautiful nature from the home, so it's a truly private getaway. The house was furnished with everything you need, but you are a fair distance from everything so be prepared. Our family especially enjoyed the hot tub, espresso machine, sleeping with the windows open, and exploring the area around the house.

The home was beautiful, cozy, had great views, and was the perfect getaway for someone who wants some quiet time surrounded by nature.

Family retreat filled with lasting memories

Our family retreat was magical! After a hard year full of health challenges, the Aguilar family, needed this more than words will every express! From watching the incredible wildlife in the preserve to waking up to a winter wonderland snow scape (we are from Texas, so this is a huge deal) and even seeing our Dad giggle as he made snow angels outside, we created some core memories that we will cherish forever. Thank you for sharing this stunning/peaceful space with us! We tried our hardest to arrive during the day, but traffic was just too bad. It was a bit tricky getting to the property that first time (we were warned), but the property host was great at talking us through everything. I will say that driving a 4WD vehicle saved our butts in the beautiful, glistening snow.

Awesome location and accommodations

If you are looking for an out of the accommodation's this is for you. The views are incredible, the appliances are quality, communication with Christy the host was great. The home was furnished with great beds, multiple sitting areas both inside and outside on the wrap around deck, the bathrooms were all up to date and overall the space was just what we were looking for. The road in up the mountain was just maintained so you could make it up in a small SUV but definitely all wheel or 4 wheel drive is required. GREAT stay and would recommend the home for those looking for some quiet time in the mountains

Beautiful location

There were a few issues while we were there. The shower handle in the master bath fell off. The set screw had backed out but that was a simple fix. The oven wasnt working but the owner was up front about that and even offered me a full refund but i chose to go anyways. All and all this is a great place to get away from every thing. My only real complaint is that there were no sort of containers for left overs once you made a meal and i would have liked a normal coffee maker. The espresso machine was nice. But i would have like a normal cup of coffee. They do have a french press coffee maker but its too much of a hasel in the early morning.
