The Space:
Welcome to the beautiful MOUNTAIN LUX home away from home! We are ready to host you for a wonderful vacation! This stunning 7 bedroom home SLEEPS 20 PEOPLE with lots of entertaining space while at the same time offering A PRIVATE RETREAT WITHIN EACH ROOM. The beautifully designed living room is the perfect place to gather together after a day filled with Branson adventure. Sink right into the leather chairs and comfy couches to enjoy a movie night in front of the FIREPLACE or turn on the big game on the large flat screen! The gorgeous MODERN KITCHEN is stocked with everything you would need to make family meals together, including pots, pans, a blender, crockpot, plenty of dishes and silverware, and all the cooking utensils you'd stock your kitchen with at home. Pull up a seat at the long wooden dining table to enjoy that tasty home-cooked feast or pass out some delicious take out from any of the restaurants nearby! (We would recommend the Pour House or Hook and Ladder pizza, just up the road!). The back deck is another option for dining or just hanging out whole soaking in some of the Ozarks with a VIEW OF THE WATER!

BEDROOM 1 is located on the first floor with a comfy king bed as well as a twin bed on the side, perfect for a small family! Complete with it's own private bathroom! BEDROOM 2 is just across the hall featuring another king bed, beautiful bedding and private access to the hallway bathroom!

Head on downstairs to the second living room that doubles as a GAME ROOM! Challenge one another to a friendly game of darts and the ping pong table is sure to keep the kids entertained for hours! There is also plenty of seating around the large basement TV to keep the entertainment going! Soak those worries away by planning some time in the hot tub located on the lower back deck. Back inside BEDROOM 3 is a bunk room, great for the kiddos on the trip and features a twin over full bunkbed with a hallway bathroom just outside it's doors. BEDROOM 4 and BEDROOM 5 are also downstairs both boasting of KING BEDS and PRIVATE BATHROOMS!

Then upstairs on the top level is BEDROOM 6, large enough for TWO KING BEDS and features a GORGEOUS VIEW of TABLE ROCK LAKE, with it's own private bathroom as well! BEDROOM 7 is also on that top level with a KING bed and QUEEN bed, also with it's own private bathroom. We would be happy to host you for some unforgettable memories at this rustic, modern lake retreat!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the ENTIRE HOME as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including an OUTDOOR POOL just across the street (open seasonally) and an INDOOR POOL (open year round)!

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, the neighborhood of Rocky Shores offers the perfect combination of nature, luxury, and fun — all just minutes from the action of Branson. This beautiful resort community sits OVERLOOKING TABLE ROCK LAKE, offering breathtaking views of the waters and rolling hills of trees. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, you’ll quickly fall in love with the peaceful, picturesque setting. Spend your summer days lounging poolside or go for a dip while the kids enjoy the WATER SLIDE and the SPLASH PAD. (Outdoor pool open seasonally.). Even when the seasons change, Rocky Shores has you covered with a heated INDOOR POOL that’s open all year long. It’s the perfect place to take a swim or relax after a day of enjoying the Branson entertainment!

Getting Around:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 25 minutes away.

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! The State Park and Long Creek Marina are each only about 10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just up the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 3 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 10 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both also only 10-15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
