Summary:
Welcome to Bass Cove Lodge! This beautiful 7 bedroom lodge is ready to host you for a wonderful vacation! Boasting of 6 kings beds, a bunk room, and 3 sofa sleepers to sleep a total of 24! Located in Branson Canyon, a beautiful little vacation neighborhood just outside of Branson. But only 10-15 minutes from most all of the Branson activities and entertainment you'll want to enjoy!

The Space:
The main level boasts of vaulted ceilings and an open concept living area. There is room to relax on the couches and enjoy the big game or cook up your favorite meal in our FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN! Plenty of room for dining with the TWO dining tables plus extra seating at the island! We also have more seating out on the SCREENED-IN BACK PORCH to enjoy on a cool evening!

The master bedroom is on the main level featuring a king bed with it's own attached en-suite bathroom! The en-suite features a walk-in shower, tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet! The main level also has one of the spare bedrooms, featuring another king size bed, with a full-size bathroom right outside its doors!

Head on upstairs to the second living area with another TV and extra room to play! EACH SIDE of the upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level (all boasting of king size beds)! The couch up here is also a sofa sleeper, making more room to sleep everyone in your group!

Then down on the lowest level where the last bedroom is a bunkroom, featuring TWO twin over full bunk beds to sleep SIX! There is also a bathroom right outside it's door and an AMAZING movie/game room! The full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment for your group as well as plenty of seating for all those wanting to be a part of the action! The 2 couches down here are not only great for movie watching but both are sofa sleepers for the best slumber party!

Extra features include a GAS GRILL on the lower patio, with propane provided! A PRIVATE HOT TUB is located on the back patio. We also have a full-size WASHER AND DRYER on the main level and we provide the detergent! Every bedroom has it's own TV and each bathroom comes stocked with full-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner to make packing that much easier!! We also have a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!

This lodge is the perfect spot to make those lifelong memories with your loved ones!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including two outdoor pools just up the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail!

The Neighborhood:
Branson Canyon is a beautiful little vacation neighborhood conveniently located just 10-20 minutes from all the Branson activities you will want to enjoy! However, Branson Canyon offers plenty for your group to do by just staying put! The neighborhood has not just one pool but TWO POOLS just up the street from the house. They are open during the summer months (mid-May to late September). For those who have difficulty with stairs, the ZERO ENTRY to the pool makes entering the water oh-so easy and for those looking for adventure the second pool features a POOL SLIDE!

For kiddos needing to burn off some energy, the KIDS' PLAYGROUND will be the perfect spot to hang out or go for a walk on the neighborhood WALKING TRAIL through the woods! Access to TABLE ROCK LAKE is just 1/4 MILE DOWN THE STREET where you can enjoy the view or do some fishing! You will also have access to the neighborhood clubhouse with a large living area and another pool table!

Getting Around:
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in Branson, where excitement and fun are around every corner! Step back in time to the wild 1880s at Silver Dollar City, a fantastic theme park that'll whisk you away on a journey through history. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride thrilling roller coasters, catch amazing live shows, and explore cool cave tours. Watch skilled craftsmen make incredible things like metal sculptures, blown glass, tasty candies, and beautiful wood carvings. And don't forget to treat yourself to a delicious funnel cake before you head home! Silver Dollar City is just a short 23-minute drive away, and the scenery is gorgeous.

For even more fun, check out the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's lively entertainment area just 10-15 minutes away. Get amazed at the Wax Museum, explore oddities at Ripley's Believe It or Not, or have a blast at WonderWorks science museum. Dive into underwater wonders at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk or take a ride on the Ferris wheel, straight from Chicago's Navy Pier! And don't miss the fantastic live shows Branson is famous for. If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
