Our custom built beach home awaits your family with the following spaces:

The main living area contains a large Living/Dining/Kitchen combined open space with a custom gas fireplace and gourmet outfitted kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances. A screened-in porch is available off the living room space and a grill deck is off the kitchen/dining space. The table offers seating for 8 plus guests plus seating for 4 at the huge kitchen island.

The Master Suite is also on this floor replete with large walk-in custom closet and a spectacular tile shower with a barrier free flat entry. A king sized bed with custom barn wood headboard highlights the bedroom space. You will also find a half bath and high capacity laundry space with two sets of washer/dryers on this level at your disposal. A locker area in the garage adjacent to the laundry offers a place to prepare and store whatever you need for outside movements from water sports to downhill/snowboarding to biking and beyond.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two more bedrooms with king sized beds and a large bedroom/bunk room with 4 queen beds in two bunk bed configurations. Two bathrooms serve the bedrooms via private access from each bedroom. One bedroom has it's own bath while the bunk room and other bedroom share the much larger second bath.

On the lower level you will find a spectacular living space with home theatre space that includes a full wet bar with microwave, beverage refrigerator, and large volume icemaker. Adjacent to this space is a game room that also has a king-sized murphy bed. This bedroom also has a direct access to the large bath room. A gym space is available in the unfinished basement area with some dumbbells, rubber floor, and a new Peloton Bike Plus.

Out this lower level patio door you will find a patio with a large hot tub and a firepit area nearby. As you approach the lake you will find kayaks, a dock, and a pedal boat for your use. 203' of beach frontage is at your disposal.

The home is currently served by 15mb DSL service and will be obtaining a fiber line in 2024. There is a whole house commercial audio system for your auditory enjoyment.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet in the lower level. This includes the vacant lot to the side offering a total of 203' of beach frontage.

Other things to note

This site has historically been a social center for the area as the Springwater Resort was located here for many decades. The beach even offered swimming lessons to locals for decades as well. You will see why many locals say, "The original resorts always had the best sites on the lake."
