We supply everything needed to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. Spacious 1 bedroom apt with full kitchen and large living room with sleeper sofa. Enjoy the property grilling area. We have beach chairs. Umbrellas and beach towels for our guests. We believe we have thought of everything to make you visit stress-free and memorable.

Amber we do not advertise a beach view. We say the property is on the same size as the beach. It js really unfortunate that something small like this ruined your stay.

We personally could not see the beach from our room we were ground level, not a huge deal though. it was an easy walk between 2 small parking areas. We didnt need fancy so it was priced right for the property but I would pay more elsewhere to have a better bed, that would be my only complaint, it was rock hard and the "pull out couch" is more of a futon style not a mattress in the couch just fyi to anyone planning to use it. We would rent again if beds maybe got an upgrade. Oh and location was nice and peaceful easy walk to a variety of staple vacation needs!

Wonderful Beach Vaca

Wanted a short beach vaca and Blue Water #1 in Indian Beach Florida. Very clean with easy access to the beach, plenty of places to eat close by, and surprisingly quiet for the proximity to Gulf Blvd. Definitely would stay there again!!

Great if you sleep heavy

Everything was wonderful and a nice place for single person or couple. However, the bedroom is right by the busy street. Very noisy and could not sleep as i am a light sleeper. Also, the car headlights flashed onto the head of the bed into my face all night.The bar across the street was also very noisy. Other than sleeping it was a nice place. I would not rent again though.sleeper

Great Location!

Loved the location. If you have issues with sleeping unit 1 is not for you, it is close to road and very bright lights outside windows, blinds are not black out. It is not right on the beach but it is a very short walk. Highly recommend the pizza across the street l, one bite everyone knows the rules.

Perfect spot close to beach

We’ve stayed here before but this year the place was not as clean(crumbs on counter and floor). Only 2 towels/washcloths and no extras in the linen closet. Work was being done to other apts so the parking space was congested and sometimes loud during the day. Provided umbrella and beach chairs. We dod not like that you have to be out at 10am. We had to kill time before our flight that afternoon. If it was later, we could have enjoyed one more day at the beach with time to clean up and be out. Most hotels don’t even require check out by noon. I recommend looking at adjusting this.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear that your recent stay didn’t meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the crumbs and the limited number of towels and washcloths. Had we known during your stay, we would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean and provide additional linens right away. Regarding the 10 a.m. checkout time, we completely understand how that can be inconvenient, especially with a later flight. Because we have guests arriving at 3 p.m., we need enough time to thoroughly clean and prepare the space. Extending checkout would unfortunately mean delaying the check-in for incoming guests, but we appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we look for ways to improve. We’re glad you were able to make use of the beach chairs and umbrella, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a better experience next time.

Horrible management

The apartment itself was fine and good place to sleep, checking and communication was a different story. I had not been given directions to check in, after 2 phone calls and still sitting outside I was sent a rude toned message telling me the door code and that if I would’ve just looked at my email I would’ve seen it. 1. the code i was given was wrong. 2. i was never sent check in directions. after our first few nights we needed the wifi, there was so booklet or anything to let us know so after a few more phone calls… that’s when i finally received the check in email.

So pleasant!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for us and our family of 4. We were in unit#1. There are now blinds over the bedroom windows, theres still a slight glow from the outside sign but it wasn't enough to be distracting. The road noise wasn't as bad as I expected, generally we went to bed around 2300 and had no issues as traffic seemed mostly died down by then and the noise didn't wake us in the morning either. The bed is no joke FIRM. If you need a soft bed you need to bring a mattress topper. The pullout sleeper sofa is comfy though! Larger people may have to sit sideways on the toilet as it is close to the wall, my significant other had to as he was cramped trying to sit normally. The shower is great! Water pressure was great and always had plenty of hot water. The host was amazing at helping us with any needs or questions, they were super friendly and helpful. Also very patient! We loved the "little" extras that made our stay that much more pleasant such as the grill, beach chairs and access to a washer and dryer.

Pretty decent place, just not for us.

Upon arrival at Unit #1 which is the closest unit to the road, everything looked pretty good, however we did have some issues with the unit. Such as, there were no drapes in the bedroom as pictured in the photos. This led to the bright light that was illuminating from the property sign, which did not turn off until after midnight. Being that this unit is very close to the road, you could hear the cars driving by all night as if the windows were open. The bathroom sink would not drain properly and would back up. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable but that might not be an issue for some. Had we contacted management right away, some of these issues may have been able to be resolved. After returning home from our vacation, I spoke with management, they were very understanding, professional and wanted to make it right.
