One bedroom home with all the amentities, ready to host you for the next big game or event. Fully fenced back yard, well stocked kitchen, close to both major hospitals and easy freeway access. Private driveway parking for two vehicles. Close to historic Washburne District in downtown Springfield and within minutes to Autzen stadium and downtown Eugene. Walking distance to McKenzie Willamette Hospital. Living room offers a fold out sofa for extra sleeping space. Washer and dryer inside with soap provided.     Had everything we needed from cooking to laundry. Almost all the rugs were dangerously slippery, especially in the living room. Dust noted beside the couch and on the furniture. There was some garbage (egg shells) behind the waste basket. Cobb webs in laundry room. Who ever does your cleaning could be doing a better job.

    Great place for two. Very well decorated and extremely clean. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Don't let the fact it isn't in Eugene deter you. Close enough to drive or Uber. One can walk or drive to eating establishments near the house. If you like donuts, have to go to Master Donuts. Within walking distance.

    It has been a wonderful stay. The house was cute and had everything we needed. We enjoyed how quiet the area was and taking walks in the neighborhood. Loved the vibe and food in downtown Springfield, which was a nice surprise. Thanks!

    Cozy gem

    Everything about my stay was great. My brother stayed with me for a couple of days, and we were very comfortable, perfect amount of room, and was very comfortable after he left, fully stocked kitchen, and the laundry room was a welcome touch. Centrally located, so easy access to everything, shopping, events and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit

    very comfortable stay! Loved the house, backyard and big bathtub. The bed is advertised as a king, I think it is a queen. Would stay there again.

    Lovely bungalow

    Lovely place to stay…decorated with beautiful decor, simple yet elegant. We had a great time & very close to shopping areas. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful family Christmas day & dinner. Host was very helpful when I realized we forgot my grandsons tablet. Thank you!

    I needed to be near my family with their newborn for three weeks and this was the perfect place. I had everything I needed at my fingertips- it was very nicely equipped with all the essentials. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was very comfortable. Thank you.

    Wonderful little cottage

    Don't let the newness of this listing fool you! To begin with the host is a genuinely great person. They were very kind and welcoming. The house was the perfect size for two adults and could've easily accommodated one more or two children on the sleeper sofa. There is a small fence yard and fruit trees on the property, the house is very well stocked and just Adorable!! It is also a very great central location for Springfield/Eugene.

    Was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean, quiet and everything you need within a mile. Beautiful park for walking just up the road. The only thing that could use a little TLC was the outside grounds. Big fenced back yard was nice though.

    Amazing host!!

    This house is absolutely adorable! We came to Springfield for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and the house was 5 minutes from the gym where they played! It had just enough room for the 4 of us (my daughter, my mom, my grandma, and myself). The sleeper sofa is best suited for 1, but we made it work. Unfortunately, an ice storm hit the area causing the power to go out (downed trees and power lines - it was a really bad storm). The host was amazing - super responsive, helpful, and understanding when we had to cut our stay short due to the weather and loss of power. I would absolutely book this house again should we need a place near Eugene!

    Cozy home that is close to everything

    The house was perfectly matched to our needs and was a short driving distance to downtown. We attended a football game at Autzen Stadium and even made it up the coast to Newport Beach and back. This home was a great location for us to settle in and see all of Eugene.
