The space
This is a BRAND-NEW build. (Late 2022)

Indoors, you'll enjoy sumptuous bedding, crown molding, baby-blue walls and a VERY cozy environment that includes paintings by local artists of nature right here on the lake!

On the GORGEOUS deck, you'll enjoy stylish, modern lounge chairs, a picnic table, where you can drink Keurig coffee and assorted teas, or go all out and GRILL your favorite meal.

PLUS...

Your Pets are welcome, however since we have small children and our own doggies, we NEED to know about your pet BEFORE you arrive.

IMPORTANT: this rental is a mother-in-law suite attached to my family home.

While you will have a private entrance and aren't required to interact with us, it's more than likely you will. We live here full time, and barbecue and play outdoors a good bit of the time.

If you're looking for an "ULTRA-private" setting, this is NOT for you.

We LOVE to host and often end up mixing with our guests. If you're even a little outgoing and love the outdoors/animals, there's a pretty strong chance you'll LOVE being here.
Guest access
When you’re a guest, you’ll enjoy access to the following:

1. Martin's Point trail (0.4 miles each way)

2. The "left-hand land” shoreline trail

3. The boat dock - here you can launch a boat or just sit on a chair and catch a buzz, fish and swim all day (shared among OUR guests)

7. Fishing poles/tackle (worms available)

8. Blackstone propane grill

9. Picnic Table

10. Fire pit

This is a fantastic place to bring a date, for a romantic getaway, or a couple parents with their small child or two.

In addition to all of the above, there’s an awful lot of toys for kids, including swings,
a treehouse,
basketball, and
a wide-open field to play soccer—-it’s quite a magical place and if you take a moment to view our reviews—-you begin to understand why!

I live on these 12 acres with my husband and two children.

We’re here full-time to maintain the property, and to ensure that your bed is comfortable, your sheets pristine, and your experience is worthy of repeating!

We live far from the city.
There's almost NO takeout
options from our address.
