Sterling Shores is located in the heart of Destin close to the Track, Big Kahuanas Water Park, Golf Courses, restaurants, and other attractions, and of course great Shopping. This resort-style property features a Gym, a huge lagoon-style pool with mushroom water fountains as well as an additional pool directly on the beach that is heated in winter. Sterling Shores offers you a true resort vacation equipped with lush landscaping, amazing gulf views, gorgeous pool areas, and a wonderful grilling area at the main pool. This is the perfect Destin vacation Destination for you to sink your feet into our sugary white sands and dip into the Beautiful emerald-green waters.

Our unit is an impressive 2172 Square feet of living area with fabulous Gulf views from our Expansive Balconies with lots of seating with dining tables. We offer this to you for guests ages 25 and over (families welcomed of course).

Max occupancy is 10 total guests. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.

Floorplan

The open-concept floor plan has a large living room that is open to the dining and kitchen, all of which overlook the beautiful grounds and the water views.

The Living Room has a Sofa Sleeper, 2 motion reclining chairs, one other Chair, a Pub Table and Chairs, a Large smart TV, and a desk for working with a view.

Primary Bedroom #1 has a King bed with a 55” smart TV, Chair, and lamps for reading. The connected Bathroom has a Double Vanity, a Shower, a Jetted tub, and a water closet. This room has access to the balcony with lounge seating and Gulf views.

Primary Bedroom #2 Has a King Bed, Chair, lamps for reading, a Smart TV, a Wet Bar, and access to a second private Balcony. There is an additional room in here with a Twin over Twin Custom Bunkbed. The attached Bathroom has a Shower, Vanity, Jetted Tub, and water closet.

Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, Chair, Smart TV, and access to a full bathroom. This bathroom also serves the Living area and has a Tub/Shower combination.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook fabulous meals to share. The breakfast Bar has 4 Stools and the Dining table seats 6.

The utility Room has a full-size HE Washer and Dryer.

*Beach Chairs and an Umbrella along with Beach gear is provided in the condo for your use on the beach.

Sterling Shores is a stunning condo development nestled right against the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Sterling Shores has over 9,000 feet of lush, tropical landscaping and is considered one of Destin’s top resorts.

** Pre-arrival grocery delivery & set up! (Don't waste beach time in the stores.) We've partnered exclusively with Two Chicks & A Cart for optional grocery delivery to ensure your kitchen and fridge are fully stocked upon arrival. Contact information will be given with rental agreement.

Rated as Premier and Super Hosts, one way we provide great service unique to us is our Meet & Greets giving house-specific information & answering any questions. Etc.

Disclaimer: A starter supply of basic essentials such as paper products, including bath tissue and paper towels along with a few laundry & dish detergent tabs, & liquid dish detergent are provided to help get you through your first night. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within (60) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. Cancellations between the initial booking date and 60 days before the check-in date may result in a cancellation processing fee.
