Arcade Adventure! 6-Bedroom Stay near Football Stadium
This beautiful newly painted and updated 6 bedroom home is only 3 blocks away from the football stadium. Private backyard, Master bedroom with balcony, quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of restaurants and retail.
This is A 6 bedroom home with a game room in the garage but also has a small apartment upstairs that a tenant will be staying in after September 25th.
The quiet tenant is rarely home and has their own private entrance and exit. There is a door upstairs that says “Do Not Enter” which has locks on each side so the tenant can’t not come over to the guests side and Vice versa.
Additional rules
- No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the home your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.
- No parties or events. Please note the total number of guests listed on your reservation is the maximum permitted occupancy at all times during your stay.
- Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am (no use of outdoor space or backyard patio during these hours). Please use good judgment and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinances if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be required to vacate the premises.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Checkout time is 10:00 am.
- No same-day local guests without prior approval.
- Minimum age of primary guest is 23 years old. Primary guests under 23 please inquire prior to booking.
- Please use the kitchen sink responsibly. Eggshells, dry beans, nuts, coffee grounds, and other hard substances are to be put in the trash, not the sink.
- Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, or any other materials are prohibited and can cause major issues, at the guest`s expense, to our plumbing.
- Furniture, fixtures, and lighting may not be moved or rearranged.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly.
- Mailbox is not permitted for use during guest stays.
- Please do not set the thermostat under 68 degrees in order to prevent the unit from freezing.
- Please be advised that there are exterior Wyze cameras located at the front door, driveway, backyard, and keybox.
- Trash Removal: Please be advised that upon checkout all trash should be removed from the property and the condition restored to that upon check-in. This includes the removal of all trash and waste products in the kitchen, bathroom, and any outdoor areas. Failure to remove such trash will result in a $50-100 charge.
- Please note that if you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out you may do so, but such requests will not be granted until 24-48 hours prior to the originally scheduled check-in/ check-out time. Also, please note that in order to accommodate such requests there will be a $25 charge for rescheduling our housekeeper.
- Please feel free to call, text, or use the app to contact us if you have any questions about the property or if you need any additional information regarding key retrieval, parking, access, or check-in/check-out procedures.
Please read the arcade room rules once entering.
Please respect the pool table and games in the garage.
Please watch children if they are in the game room under the age of 18.
Please pick up any pet waste in the backyard before leaving.
Please put any used towels in the washing machine before leaving.
